you need a thing called advance map on computer and a pokemon rom

Go to scrapbox or something and maybe you'll get help there?

you need advance map if you are doing it on computer and also a rom so you can use the tiles off that rom

i downloaded eleite map 30 i just dont no how to work it to build my pokemon cities i have 3 questions to ask you answer all 3 of them please

1 how do i get the rom
2 can i build routes 2 to make like a region
3 isnt there a video on youtube that shows you how
to do it

You'll have to get the ROM somewhere else, distributing them on PC isn't allowed. And I would check the Tutorial section of the ROM Hacking/Game Development forums for help on this :O Not here, anyway.
