How do i edit the sevii island data in A-map? I mean editing the city, route etc data at the world map.

All you need to do in order to edit the worldmap data is just open your ROM up in Advancemap 1.92 and use the worldmap editor. In the bottom right corner there is a dropdown box that allows you switch between the 4 worldmaps available in FireRed.
