Helpful idea, I suppose... but this isn't ROM Hacking. D:
If people wanna get the basic idea of ROM hacking, all they have to do is stick around select threads over in Emulation. Read some tutorials, ask some questions, post around, eventually you'll come to understand the ins and outs.
As for this thread, I gotta put on the lock as it's not an introduction.
