Bidding farewell to the balding man whose name was Ron Fry, Raizel prepared Dragonite for the flight. The benevolent and wise dragon was slightly larger than a typical Dragonite due the growth that Raizel was able to promote. Good nutrition, solid training and lots of respect and love can do it in any living creature. Dragonite was eager to fly away from the sights and sounds of the very "inviting" Vermillion City. Of course as eager as his dragon wanted to go, Raizel had no idea of the geography of Kanto. He knew where Mt. Silver, Indigo Plateau and Saffron City were since they were all connected Johto one way or another. After hoisting himself onto Dragonite, Raizel turned to the helpful Ron. "Um....which was in Pallet Town?"

Ron released a powerful laughter as expected from a middle-aged man of his age. He grappled a large bag from the ground as if he was about to ditch the confused and more importantly lost Raizel. "See the large bay out there. Head that way, crossing the bay," he began pointing the southwest, "Pallet Town is a fair distance past the large bridge which we called the bike path here in Vermillion. If that doesn't help, go find the lone island of Cinnabar and head north. Pallet is fairly small so I'd fly pretty low so you don't miss it and end up in Johto by mistake, but from what I hear that place is probably safer. Not so many disasters, at least not yet." The final words worried Raizel but not as much as one would expect. He had family there, however it was a family he ran away from since they did not respect who he really is. His mother and father were rarely home due to their radio-based jobs. Mother was constantly being DJ or training up and comers hoping to foster growth and development. Father was a lovely member of the board of directors and eventually a CEO so meetings and travel consumed the basic fiber of his being. Grandmother was the only family member home and being fascist the ideals of a free nation were destroyed and replaced with strict rules and high society goals. He began to question why he was worried in the first place and memories flashed before his eyes before the words "Hey, woohoo?" snapped him out of it. A small yelp escaped his lips and looked down to see Ron staring at him. "You okay son?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. Don't worry about me," Raizel responded with some insecurity in his voice. He had to refocus and remember Ron's generous directions. "Cross the bay, basically and head east right? That should get me to Pallet Town without any major problems. I won't get eaten by some monsters or something like that?"

"No....you should be fine. Just avoid the weather," Ron said trying to be funny.

"Save the advice for yourself. You'll need it more than me." Raizel brought his attention to Dragonite gripping the neck and preparing for the more than likely rough flight ahead. "Let's go, fly fast!" Dragonite instantly obeyed, lifting himself from the ground with the laughable wings that his species had be granted and launching into the air like a rocket almost breaking the sound barrier or at least it seemed like it. Ron was launched back by the gusts of wind released by Dragonite's powerful lift-off but he soon brushed himself off and left mingling with the rest of the crowd, heading west.

Meanwhile, Raizel crossed the bay with great haste. The duo blasted through the storms and blistering winds like a juggernaut ramming through walls. The waters became more and more violent as they headed south, signaling a storm was brewing somewhere, likely heading for Vermillion. Seems the chaos was justified, Raizel thought. The mighty storms were beaten by Dragonite's ability to blast through them with only one scare.

Mid-flight, a lightening bolt shocked Dragonite, in the literal sense. Raizel was lucky enough to not be shocked only with his awareness and luck worked in his favor. Jumping off, Raizel was caught in the heart of a storm, free falling to his eventual doom. Calming himself down, Raizel had two options: 1. Summon Kingdra and hope he will catch him or 2. Beg to the those above for Dragonite to collect himself and keep Raizel from having a date with torrential waters. After a few moments, Raizel was about to smash in the water and his terrible common sense said Plan 2 was better. However, Lady Luck was on his side and Dragonite caught his favored master with his strong jaw and the final strech of the journey Raizel had to stare at the frightening waters instead of the ominous storm clouds.

Pallet Town was the opposite of Vermillion in terms of his entrance. Quiet, abandoned, desolate. It was as if he an entered a graveyard subtracting zombies from the equation of course. Within the small village, there was one site of activity much to Raizel's surprise. It was a more up-to-date- structure than the others and based on its size it has been expanded several times to accommodate for improvements and needed upgrades. Raizel made the choice to enter the structure and it seemed he walked into Vermillion once again. Just this one was much smaller. And more cramped. And flat out more annoying. An army of nerds stormed the place in a mass hysteria dashing from one piece of equipment to another. It was miracle no one had died yet. Machines were grinding and nerds were practically shoving their fists into each others faces. One person had enough self-control to remain calm and sit down. The man was about Raizel's age, possibly older with his facial hair and great height. He had less mass than Raizel but clearly enough durability considering he was blasting music into the inner core of his ears. Raizel yanked the headphone out his ears in a bold attempt to get the man's attention.

"Give me an update about what's going on. Now."

    Here's my sign-up.

Name: Luce (full name: Lucia Seren Mellia)
    Gender: Female
    Birthday: 2nd September?
    Age: 13

Appearance: Luce is a good height for her age at 5'5" with a slim, toned body born from her childhood years in her hometown of Sootopolis. Her hair, cut in an attractive short style, is a dark blue and her eyes a curious silver, making a strange contrast against her hair and slightly tanned skin. She usually wears a a long sleeved white shirt that stops at her midriff and dark blue leggings and, oddly, plimsolls with no socks. She often sports a white mantle on important occasions, and a darker gray one for travelling. She does have several other outfits for Pokemon contests however and is rather conscious of how she looks. Her pink Poketch has been outfitted with a Phone app similar to a PokeGear and sits next to a bright gold bangle on her left. Luce's bag is a black leather sack tied by a chord to her back containing few supplies; she's hoping to get a new one soon. Naturally she also has the standard utility belt of Pokemon trainers.

Personality: Having only recently set out from Sootopolis, the world is still very new to her so she can come across as naïve. However, Luce is still quite upbeat and outgoing, although she is very sensitive about what people think about her, perhaps born from the small community of Sootopolis. Her confidence in both battling and contests are high, although she hasn't entered any major ones. Luce also gets attached to people very easily and is very comfortable around these people, which seems odd to those people who've only just met her. Luce is perhaps emotionally unstable, prone to wild mood swings depending on the situation, including deep depression and violent rage.

History: Luce grew up in Sootopolis city and learnt about Pokemon from eavesdropping on the Sootopolis gym. For some reason, she was always treated with discontent by the adults who seemed to view her as some sort of foreigner, although they never said anything. After all, it was helpful to have an extra pair of hands willing to do whatever errands needed, desperately trying to prove herself and join the community. She was at first friends with the children of the town, but they soon caught on to the attitude towards her by the grown-ups and started mimicking it. Those who she had counted as her closest friends suddenly turned on her. Everyday she was subjected to the torment inflicted by her peers for years of her life and could do nothing but bury herself in working for those who despised her so. And everyday she would run home, tears pouring down her face, perhaps sliding over the occasional bruise, heartbroken, and hide away in her empty house.
She longed to leave Sootopolis, but how? Visitors rarely came to town hidden in white rock, and without any Pokemon of her own she could not dive her way out. So she lived out her life, hoping for the day someone would take her away. Then finally, he did. The silver-haired Steel master found her, despite the city's attempts to hide her. He took her away. He rescued her. He cared for her. He left her.

    Pokemon Team :-

Ko / Aron – Brave nature – This Pokemon was given to her by her Hero when he left her. It retains its first master's cool level-headedness and is Luce's most reliable member. With his powerful defence, he strives to protect Luce from harm no matter what. Despite still being relatively young, Ko is incredibly strong and knows a plethora of moves that the average Aron wouldn't, such as Dragon Rush.

Tyl / Swablu – Gentle nature – With her Hero's help, Luce managed to catch her first Pokemon near Fallabor town. Tyl seems almost motherly towards Luce, often cleaning her face with her wings whilst her trainer sleeps. She isn't the strongest battler but can provide support for her team with moves like Sing and Safeguard.

Yoma / Duskull – Impish nature – He once tried to steal Luce's food when she was on the road, but was caught out by Ko's vigilant watch. Quickly overwhelmed by the Steel Pokemon, he tried to flee but was weakened by the rising sun allowing an easy capture for Luce. He enjoys confounding his enemies in battle with Disable and Confuse Ray.

Her team is still small and not incredibly powerful (Levels: 26, 21 and 24 respectively), but every journey starts somewhere.

    Intro:

Rain, rain, rain. All it ever seemed to do was rain in Hoenn now. After she had come all the way to Slateport to see the market, she was stuck in the PokeCentre. But nobody wanted to stay out in the pounding rain for long, especially not Ko. As the little Iron Armour Pokemon sneezed again next to her, she couldn't help but giggle at him. He responded with an embarrassed growl, then proceeded to sneeze again.

He wasn't the only one with a cold though; many Pokemon and Trainers alike were sneezing as punishment for braving the rain. Luce had been forced to (by a certain overprotective Swablu) buy a thick woollen jumper with a hood to wear over her shirt in Mauville. She had hoped to wait till Slateport to get one, but was glad she didn't now. She couldn't imagine trekking through Route 101 in this horrible weather without some protection.

Sighing deeply, she decided to distract herself by watching the other Trainers in the room. Nobody was watching her like she was an animal, nobody was laughing obviously behind her back, nobody was ordering her to carry heavy boxes or anything. Sometimes she couldn't believe it was over. She still flinched whenever anyone touched her, but they were always so friendly, maybe asking for a directions or a battle.

I think some bad weather is a good trade-off, she thought happily. The outside world was even more fantastic than she had imagined. A sudden outburst of noise snapped her back into reality. A small group of Trainers had surrounded two men in strange uniforms. They wore black and white striped shirts, blue leggings and a bandanna with a bone-like A design. "You're gonna clean this mess up right now, you Aqua thugs!" one of the Trainers was yelling.
"We're tellin' ya right now! We ain't got nothin' to do wit this!" shouted back one of the men in uniform.
"Pouring rain that never stops and this 'Kyogre' thing on the loose; sounds like your handiwork to me scumbags!" another trainer growled.
"Ain't ya bin' paying no attention to the news? Kyogre ain't the only legendary Pokemon destroyin' stuff!"
"Perhaps not," interrupted yet another trainer, "But those Magma punks aren't so shameless as to show up here! If you're not gonna stop that there monster, then we'll make you!" This was met to cheers from the crowd, followed by many more jeers and insults as a flash of fear dashed across the Aqua member's face. The second member had yet to say anything, but his hand was drifting towards a Pokeball hanging from his belt.
"Please stop this nonsense everyone!" a nurse was crying out, her voice lost in the sound of many Pokeballs activating and releasing the creatures inside. Ko leapt in front of Luce as though to dare anyone to come near her but they were all too preoccupied to notice. Luce's body was tingling with excitement as the Trainers and the Aqua members prepared to face off. Two Mightyena stood alone against a crowd of all different kinds of Pokemon. The nurse was still calling for peace. But everyone seemed to be so worked up: all her calls were in vain.

Luce wondered what the fight was all about; who were these "Aqua" people, why were they responsible for the rain and what was a "Kyogre"?
A sudden wailing noise disturbed her musing. All of a sudden, the whole town was ringing with the same alarm. A voice burst out of a megaphone somewhere:

"Evacuate! Evacuate the city! Tidal wave coming from the East! I repeat!: Evacuate the city! Tidal wave approaching from the East!"

The whole room around her seemed to dissolve into screams and a rush of stampeding feet as everyone stormed the door. Once again, the nurse of the Center raised her voice trying to invoke calm and order, and once again it was lost. Returning Ko to his Pokeball before he could protest, Luce decided to follow the voice's urgings and escape to Route 110. She had to wait for almost everyone else had gone before she could even see the door, but finally made it.

Rushing outside, Luce was pelted with rain almost as hard as hail falling in droves. The water level in the streets was quickly rising; her ankles were now soaked. She made a quick mental note to buy socks next time she got the chance as she searched for North through the driving sheets of rain. Everything was absolutely soaked and the rain was coming down so hard now it was impossible to see. Pulling her hood up and bowing her head, Luce charged through the rain – hoping to end up as far away from town as possible. Yet when she next looked up, she realised something horrible: she was lost.

North, south, east, west – she couldn't tell which was which. Everything looked the same in the endless deluge! She began to panic, the cold hand of fear clamping over her throat, which seemed to be where her heart, thudding like crazy, had relocated. Maybe it was lost as well. She began running again.

    Then she heard it.

A deep echoing roar slashed through the streets. It was so loud, her head was spinning, the water was licking her knees, she couldn't run any more. She looked up. Greeting her was a massive wall of water bellowing towards her. It was so high, it seemed to be trying to touch the clouds. The roar gurgled through her brain again – she clutched it in pain and screamed.

Her scream was short-lived. The wall of water hit her, lifting her off her feet and swallowing her. She no longer had any control of her body, the rushing water tossing her around like a rag doll. Everything was just a mess of the darkest blue ravaging her body again and again. All she could make out was a shadow looming before her. She tumbled again.

    A yellow eye.

    Black.

Bizarrely, Fenton was able to slip into a state of relaxation, her consciousness teetering in synchronisity with the movement of the ferry; for despite it being a fast-moving, impenetrable marine vehicle, the aftershocks from the earthquake were generating powerful waves that relentlessly battered the sides, rocking the ship as it cruised towards Pallet Town. The seventeen year old was curled up in her seat, ;habitually adopting the foetal position whilst hunching over her bag, her feet rarely touched the floor when she happened to be resting in comfortable chairs such as this one, and she didn't wish for her belongings to be snatched away whilst she rested. Perhaps even more perculiarly than the fact that she was able to remain calm and somewhat mellow in this otherwise dire situation, was that Fenton was contemplating the wellbeing of her mother, a woman whose face she only knew from the photograph of her parents' wedding. Was she being affected by the chaos? No-one had known where it was in the world she had fled to, and she had- as far as the young woman knew- stayed out of contact with her family. Her reflection upon the broken aspect of her family was shortlived, as a voice- the same that had been projected from the megaphone- crackled over the ferry's tannoy.

"We will be arriving in Pallet Town in five minutes. I repeat. We will be arriving in Pallet town in five minutes. Please make your way sensibly and carefully to the exits, and do not leave the ship until instructed. Thank you."

Releasing a small groan as she allowed for her eyelids to flutter open, Fenton smacked her lips whilst observing the other passengers collect the remnants of their material wealth, hoist children onto their shoulders, balance babies and toddlers or hips, return their Pokemon into their capsules... Stretching her limbs, she frowned as a tingling sensation prickled within her left foot. Rotating her ankle in small, quick circles, she allowed for her circulation to return to normal, just in case it decided to give way and cause her to make a complete and utter fool of herself. As she did this, Fenton delved into the largest pocket of her bag, taking out a white hoodie and pulling it over her head. The mainland was much cooler than the temperatures her body was used to, sans extreme weather conditions. Securely snapping the clasp back into place, she slung it over one shoulder before sluggishly approaching the crowd. Fenton slotted herself into a gap, and moved with the flow of humans; some of whom were grimly silent, others making weak jokes and light conversation, just to inject some normality into the scenario.

There was not that much difference between the light intensity within the ferry, and the light intensity above Pallet Town, though the settlement did not come with the heating system like the former. It was somewhat relieving, to tread on terra firma once more, though how long it would remain solid and stable was anyone's guess. The town itself, had been desolate before their arrival; this was evident from the boarded up houses alongside the dock, and the sheer deprivation of typical town hubbub. Therefore, they were able to move at a reasonable pace, with the ferry's crew acting as guides, shepherding the flock of people into the main town. As she was currently at the edge of the crowd, her vision to the right was unblocked, allowing the girl to take in the details of Pallet Town before it was inevitably consumed by the elements.

Curiosity overweighed her brother's instructions to stay with the crowd and keep safe, the thought totally eclipsed by the reknowned laboratory of Professor Oak, which she was now approaching. Years with Aipom had taught her to be sneaky, and with everyone walking along with their heads down- guides included, her self-liberation from the crowd had been simple. She was only going to take a brief look inside, before it was destroyed, then she would head straight back to the group. It wasn't breaking any rules or harming anyone, was it? The flood warnings had been lifted, hadn't they? Shrugging to reassure herself that she wasn't bothered by her rebellion, one hand closed around the door handle- surprisingly, it was unlocked. If they'd fled already, wouldn't it have been beneficial to secure the place, even if it wouldn't protect the machinery from damage.

She swung the door open with gusto, expecting the area to be deserted. Instead of it being as uninhabited as the rest of the place, scientists were frantically tearing from wall to wall, carrying notes and clipboards crammed with data. There were two males, however, whose appearances deviated from the standard white coat and spectacles, both of whom seemed as weather-beaten as she was. Closing the door behind her out of politeness, she smiled weakly in their direction (no point in trying to obtain the attention of the aides, who were reminiscent of worker Combee), then realising that neither one were paying her any notice. The man who she could see towering above her miniscule five feet and two inches was more intent of tugging the headphones out of the other's ear. And demanding information concerning the status of the situation.

"Sheesh," she muttered dryly, thrusting her hands into the pockets of her hoodie, brown eyes rolling within their sockets. "You could have at least said please, y'know. No-one likes a dictator."

It was pouring rain where Carolyn was standing and she was soaked to the bone. She had to know why these disasters were occuring and there was only one place where she would find the answer; Professor Oak's lab. It was too risky to fly on Slash with all the rain so she was sprinting along the path. As carolyn began to tire she remembered something, she had a TM for teleport. She whipped it out and decided that Roti could probably learn it. "Roti, try to learn teleport with this TM!" Carolyn shouted, barely hearing her own voice. She could hardly mke out a "Rotom ro ro ro!" as she handed over the TM. To her surprise and astonishment, in a few minutes she found herself in Pallet Town.

The Lab had never been so crowded as it was now, but Carolyn was relieved to be out of the rain. Carolyn called out to an aid "Hey! What is going on? Why are all these disasters happening?" "I don't know, I'm fleeing from Kanto, and if you have any sense you would leave too." Carolyn did not want to leave, she had to know what was causing all this destruction. She remembered being safe and sound with Tiny asleep on her lap. It seemed so ling ago. Carolyn soon found no other option but to push her way through the small crowd to the doors of the lab.

It was even more crowded inside, and Carolyn felt utterly small because she was short compared to the other men and women there. But she was only twelve and most of them were a lot older. Carolyn noticed that Oak wasn't there at the moment, so she sat down on a bench and got out a brush from her backpack. Brushing Luna seemed to always give her comfort. Then she became aware of how wet she was. "Come on out Roti." "Ro? Tom?" "Okay, I need you to please fan me off." Roti changed in a flash and began to bombard Carolyn with a strong blow of air.

It felt good to be dry bus Luna was done being brushed and there was still no sign of Professor Oak. Always in a rush, Carolyn never had a need for a pass time so she was utterly boerd. Carolyn took out her phone and began watching a movie on it.

    No stop leaving! lol
Sry to see you guys go.

LOL Got-A-Plan-B I got the little pun you had in your first post, very nicely done.

Shen you are accepted, love your intro post. Post away.

Darkrai, your recent post was good, don't worry :)

    IC:

    "Keep searching...keep searching...
    This search goes on...
    On and-"

Somebody yanked out Travis' headphones. This was one of Travis' biggest peeves.
    "HEY! What the f-"
A trainer, who looked about the same age as Travis was standing before him. He wore a shirt covered in Gothic designs. He had long brown hair and was about 7 inches shorter than Travis.
"Give me an update about what's going on. Now." the trainer said.
"Nice to meet you too, punk-@$$." Travis thought, but didn't say.

Before Travis said anything, he took back his headphones from the guys hand, and wrapped them up. He then stuffed his iPod in his vest pocket where he always kept it.
"First of all, man, NEVER do that again. You don't know how much that pisses me off, next time just give me a shoulder tap. Secondly, give you an update? I'm about as clueless as you." Travis said taking a seat on a nearby bench Gill jumping up beside him.

"But, hell. Here's all I know, mostly news from the tv over there. But outside that, we got Lance from the Elite 4 in the building. He says he's looking for a special group of trainers to go investigate why the three legendaries are wreaking so much havock right now. He just left with Professer Oak upstairs, I guess they may have found something, I dunno, I was told to wait here, I have no idea where they are right now, the place is that big right now.
"In other news, you got Slateport City under at least 10 ft of water, tsunamis headed in the direction of the Seveii Islands, accusations thrown at Team Magma and Team Aqua, people prayin' for deliverence, whatever it is to get their minds of this thing."
Travis inhaled, he wasn't as annoyed now with the trainer's sudden "introduction." It felt good to breath.
"One more thing, you never said what your name was. My name is Travis, who are you?"
It was then he noticed two girls a little younger than he was, and a lot shorter too, but they also just entered.
"And who are you?" he asked welcoming them to their conversation.

Hmmm... were you reffering (probably spelled wrong) to me or uhhhh, Fenton I think it was (sorry, no list of previous posts on the edit)?

    Anyway,

"Well I'm Carolyn. So I heard you say something about a group of trainers going to investigate the legendaries. Sounds Cool! You think we could do that Slash?" Slash nodds his head and his flame begins to grow a little brighter and larger. Carolyn puts her phone back in her backpack and puts all her pokemon that are out back in their balls. "So, can I join this legendary-pokemon-investigation-group-thing?" She turns back to travis and waits for an answer.

Too much action happened in a short time span for Raizel to keep track effectively. Shortly after the violent yanking headphones out of the man who still believes he is 15, a short girl spoke out at his abrasive actions. Accusing him of being a dictator, the girl was nothing to smile at unless you had some fetish for tiny, preteen children. And one could tell Raizel was not a fan of children unless they were admiring him for one reason or another. As far as Raizel could tell from a short glance of the rebellious child, she was young, out of place, and confused. The trauma of all the calamities must of caught the child off-guard and tossed her into a cesspool of confusion and loss. Before he could respond to her reckless outburst that would land him in a jail cell due to being well over 18, the victim of his assault and battery came to his senses. The man was clearly pissed, hell he even said out aloud. The "threats" didn't face Raizel at all, in fact he chuckled a bit at his outburst. However, he was honset enough to inform him that he barely knew anything himself. Raizel was about to walk away and almost stomped over the small girl that protested against his bad behavior, but the man continued:

"But, hell. Here's all I know, mostly news from the tv over there. But outside that, we got Lance from the Elite 4 in the building. He says he's looking for a special group of trainers to go investigate why the three legendaries are wreaking so much havock right now. He just left with Professer Oak upstairs, I guess they may have found something, I dunno, I was told to wait here, I have no idea where they are right now, the place is that big right now." That is what Raizel was looking over: a pathway to fame, glory and a clean conscience. Working with Lance and Oak seemed interesting enough; He barely knew Oak, other than he was some Pokemon Professor nerd guy much like the man he stole a Pokemon from, but Lance was well-recognized amongst Pokemon fanatics. Being a member of the Elite for nearly forever is a bold achievement. Of course, Raizel didn't really like the guy. Some vibe about the man screamed egocentric f*#%#. It was probably the cape. Definitely the cape. What kind of person wears a cape anymore? Eventually the man introduces himself as Travis, asking for names from both his attacker and the tiny children behind him. Much to his dismay, another child magically appeared who looked to me the small age, possibly younger than the child with the overgrown mouth. The girl looked to be 10-12 and a small gust wind could probably carry her all the way to Hoenn given her emaciated figure. He was scared that if he shoved her out the way given his tendency to demolish grounds with his "gentle" pushes that he would break every bone her body, that is how frail she seemed.

Now to address his lovely "friends", Raizel turned back to Travis first preparing to reply to his message. "Travis. Don't call me 'man'. Call me Raizel. Do that and we are fine, also stop blasting whatever you are listening too. Kill your hearing with the volume or my ears with the quality. Anyway, this little group you are talking about, permitting this benefits me in some manner, I'll join. It seems fun." Raizel spun around to his other admirers, the children. "Okay, you. Girl with the smart mouth. I believe this isn't the right to bother Mr. Oak with your dreams of being some Pokemon breeder or coordinator. Also Dicators get stuff done at least. And you girl who looks like I breathe too hard you will fly away all the way to Sinnoh, I think mommy and daddy ran away up North. You can probably find them there."

    Kids, so foolish.

(Um... You kinda sorta spelled my name wrong in the first post. then again, a lot of people who don't know where my name generally comes from have been misspelling it XD So it's OK. Anyways, I know I promised an SU last night, but because of MacAfee I failed to get it done. So here it is, in all its pride and glory.)

    Name: Zora Notte

    Gender: Female

Birthday: December 13, 1991 (Friday the 13th, to be a bit more precise, and two years and three days before my actual birthday XD)

    Age: 18

Appearance: Standing at roughly 5'5, Zora's sort of short for her age. While being 18 in reality, she looks about 13-15. Her chest is roughly a D-cup, and her weight is average to that of someone the age of how she looks. Her skin is a bit of a tanned peach, particularly because she's got a Venetian sort of look and thus has that kind of tone to her skin (and I suppose one could say that another would have that tone if living in Phenac City in Orre). Her hair is a fair blonde, and in a wavy style ends at roughly her chest. As for her eyes, they're a beautiful cobalt blue, though when in a dark area, they seem to be more of a purple sort of color.

Zora tends to wear a very light blue gypsy-like dress (where the sleeves sort of fall at the holes the arms stick out of), with some regular blue spots on each side. You could say her top kind of resembles that of a Zora's from Ocarina of Time (which is also where I got her name, but it is an actual name in real life). She may sometimes wear gloves that match her top's basic color. As for the rest of her body, she likes wearing a light blue tiger-schemed pair of jeans with the color scheme matching that of her top's, although it seems to be just a bit darker. As for her feet, Zora likes wearing fancy blue slipper-like shoes. She absolutely detest high heels, and would never wear such things, despite her regular rank.

Personality: Because she was always spoiled as a child with riches and objects and anything of the sort, Zora may seem to be a bit obsessed with money at times. She thinks money makes the world go 'round, much like others. As for her love of materials, you couldn't call her a materialist, per se, but she doesn't like losing any of her possessions. For her typical personality, she seems to be carefree and often a bit of a party animal. Although this doesn't seem so great for one of her status, Zora also tends to be very studious and thus takes up an interest in Pokemon breeding. She also likes watching/participating in battling and contests, though both do not beat her love of breeding.

History: Living in the wealthiest of homes throughout all of the Orre region, Zora was always spoiled and given two Pokemon every year for Christmas since she was 8, up until she turned 13. Once she had six Pokemon, she began to travel around the Orre region, competing in whatever tournaments were going on. After competing and winning in all of them, Zora was compelled to move out of the Orre region and go to many other regions.

The first of her stops was Sinnoh, where she was able to evolve the two of her first Pokemon ever (she actually got them as a pair). She began to compete in the contests in Hearthome and managed to win all the ribbons except for the ones in the Master rank contest. She also managed to collect six of the eight badges. At this point, she was around 16.

Before she headed off to Johto, however, Zora entered the Game Corner in Veilstone. Even though she was rich and whatnot, Zora had an obsession for gambling, and was quite lucky in most cases. She was able to get a lot of the things she wanted from the game corner, and finally headed off to Johto. It was then that when she arrived, she received terrible news. Her mother, whom she had loved the most, was shot while attending an opera. Zora stayed in a state of depression for quite a few weeks, her Pokemon sympathizing with her.

After a while, Zora got out of such a state and began to take on the gyms. She only managed to beat the first three when she came across Goldenrod's Game Corner. Playing there and winning lots of prizes, Zora decided to look up where other Game Corners could be found. She recalled something similar in Realgam Tower back in Orre, and learned of a regular Game Corner in Celadon City (of the Kanto region) and one in Mauville City (of the Hoenn region). Wanting to check out the one in Kanto first, Zora chose to head over as soon as she could.

    Team:

    Serene (Glaceon; Quiet Nature)
Serene is one of the first Pokemon Zora received for Christmas. Received at age 8, Zora had always felt close to this Glaceon ever since she was an Eevee, as well as the partner Serene came with, another Eevee Zora named Hector. After a while, when Zora started traveling, these two became powerful over battling various times in the tournaments the Orre region often held. And, when she made her visit to Sinnoh, Zora managed to evolve Serene into a Glaceon while on her way to Snowpoint. Serene is the strongest of Zora's team and has won most of the beauty contests, and has seemed to adapt a personality similar to her master's.

    Hector (Leafeon; Lonely Nature)
The second of the two Zora got the first Christmas she received Pokemon, Hector is much like Serene. The two have seemed to adapt Zora's personality, although Hector is a bit calmer than Serene per se. Being the second most powerful and conqueror of most the Cool contests in Sinnoh, Hector can nearly hold his own against Serene. Surprisingly enough, he evolved first but still didn't seem to be as powerful as Serene (since Eterna Forest came right before the second gym, while the place where Serene evolved was right before the seventh gym).

    Silk (Masquerain; Timid Nature)
Silk is the first of two Pokemon Zora received on the second Christmas she had started receiving Pokemon. Being very quiet and barely socializing with the other members of Zora's team, Silk has a wide array of attacks. One such move includes SolarBeam, which Zora taught to her once she bought the TM in Veilstone's department store. Silk managed to win most of the Cute contests in Sinnoh, but in reality isn't really powerful, though she can hold her own against Rock types, one type she is especially weak against.

    Ledah (Arcanine; Relaxed Nature)
The other Pokemon Zora received when she got Silk, Bane is a very powerful member on Zora's team, though his strength does not seem to match that of Serene or Hector. Starting out as a Growlithe much like Silk did a Surskit, Zora managed to evolve him when someone gave her a Fire Stone (originally to use on one of her Eevees) in Gateon Port. Bane also knows SolarBeam, which means he is able to hold his own against Water, Rock, and Ground Pokemon, the only types he seems to be weak against. However, much like Silk, Bane doesn't seem to battle as much despite his power, and in fact seems to hate it. He has managed to win most of the Tough contests in Sinnoh, however.

    Fia (Misdreavus; Calm Nature)
Rather than keep all the Pokemon she received each Christmas on her team (she couldn't even keep them all with her; she received twelve in total), Zora chose to catch a Pokemon on her own. Being the first Pokemon she came across that she liked while out in Eterna Forest, Zora managed to catch this female Misdreavus with the help of Silk. Although she doesn't look it, Fia is actually able to hold her own like the other Pokemon on Zora's team, and Zora honestly doesn't wish to evolve her. Fia has been able to conquer most the Smart contests in Hoenn, and helped Zora beat Fantina (though Bane did the most).

    Luna (Larvitar; Quirky Nature)
Received as an Egg from the generous Day Care people in Johto, Zora walked around with the Egg, spending most of her time in the Game Corner. And, for those who have read at least enough of the GSC saga of the PokeSpecial manga, the Larvitar took on Zora's love of gambling and actually became a decent gambler herself (this is sort of a reference to Gold and Togetaro). Luna isn't very powerful, altogether, and seeing how she was never received until Zora's travels in the Johto region, she hasn't been in any sort of contest, not to mention not many battles. She's still a baby, and sometimes requires more attention than the rest of Zora's team.

Besides the 6 Pokemon Zora has on her team, she has ten more in her box. She has only captured no other Pokemon besides Fia, and has hatched two other Pokemon, courtesy of Solaceon's Day Care. The Pokemon (only names/nicknames/natures/genders) are as follows:

Mudkip (Kip); Modest Nature; Female (received on third Christmas that Pokemon were given to her)
Chikorita (Yoh); Careful Nature; Male (received with Kip)
Bagon (Rose); Bold Nature; Female (received on fourth Christmas when Pokemon were given to Zora)
Trapinch (Ein); Naughty Nature; Male (received with Rose)
Feebas (Saria); Mild Nature; Female (received on fifth Christmas, when Zora was 12)
Magikarp (Link); Impish Nature; Male (received with Saria)
Ralts (Cierra); Gentle Nature; Female (received on the final Christmas before Zora set out)
Buneary (Lina); Adamant Nature; Female (received with Cierra)
Vaporeon (Hydra); Rash Nature; Male (received as an Egg, hatched into an Eevee and evolved with a Water Stone)
Flareon (Phoenix); Naive Nature; Female (received as an Egg after Hydra was hatched; became an Eevee and evolved with a Fire Stone)

So that's a lot of Pokemon O_O But Zora only usually uses her current team. The others are just playmates for her team. And they all stay at her home.

    Intro:

The gentle waves of the beach just outside of Fuschia calmed the young girl down. Calling out her Leafeon and Glaceon, the three watched the sun set in the horizon. Once it did, the girl recalled both and called out her Arcanine. Together, the two rode off towards Celadon. When they arrived, the Arcanine was recalled and this time a Larvitar was sent out. Crazy as it seemed, the girl headed towards the Game Corner.

"Let the slots go and go and go! Where they'll stop, nobody knows!!!" yelled one of the staff members as the girl gave the slots a try. When she chose to stop each one, everyone stopped what they were doing and began watching her. Being well-known throughout all the Game Corners in the world, Zora was very lucky when it came to gambling, and so was her Larvitar. Breathing heavily, Zora gave a sigh of relief when the three slots lined up three "7s", the best combo one could probably receive in Kanto's Game Corner. As the 300 coins began to pour out, Zora readied her Coin Case, and every coin plinked away in the case as it filled up more and more.

Then, it was the Larvitar's turn. Give it all you got, Luna! Zora thought as the Larvitar started up the slots. As they went, the Larvitar began stopping them on her own. Three "Rs" lined up, and even more coins were dished out. After a while of playing, Zora and Luna grew tired and exited the building, heading toward's Celadon's nifty but small hotel. Just because Zora was rich didn't mean she had to stay at the best hotels around. Besides, this one seemed to be a bit more comforting.

Checking her phone, Zora noticed she had quite a few text invitations to parties that were occuring all around. Besides being well-known in the Game Corners, Zora was also known for her love of partying. Fortunately, she never intended on getting drunk at any party, and preferred that she only partied until her limit was pushed. Leaning back on the bed provided for her, Zora closed her eyes for a few moments, only to remember that Luna was still out. Calling the Larvitar back into her Pokeball, Zora turned on the TV.

In big letters at the bottom the words "Mt. Silver" could be easily seen. Above it was a large red Pokemon. Only hearing about it a few times, Zora knew it to be a Pokemon called Groudon. Wow... The thing's from Hoenn, and yet there it is in Sinnoh... Although many others probably didn't know about such a monstrosity, it was thanks to Professor Kaminko of Orre that Zora knew of such a monster (that Robo-Groudon really did fail, although the Robo-Kyogre made supposedly helped someone, as Zora had heard). Not wanting to hear any more of the Titan, Zora turned the TV off and turned over onto her side. With a sigh, Zora began to fall asleep.

    *BOOM*

    *BOOM*

    *BOOM*

Three large booms came from just outside the hotel. Immediately waking up, Zora looked out her window. Fire seemed to be ablaze from afar, most likely on One Island. Quickly exiting the hotel, Zora called out Bane, the Arcanine, and headed for Vermilion to get to the Island. As they got closer, Zora couldn't help but notice all the fire spewing out of the top of the mountain. That is...Mt. Ember, isn't it? As Zora paced back and forth while the ship stopped at One Island, she could hear the screams of terrifed people, residents, in fact. They seemed to run to the ship as Zora got off. some looked at her strangely, but Zora didn't care.

As she reached the area, she noticed that the cause wasn't from a natural occurence. Could Groudon be behind this too? she asked. Well, better not get too close...

    ---

(Wow, that took forever. At least it's done XD If there's anything you'd like me to change, let me know. Thanks :3)

"Mmm," Fenton had nodded, biting her lip at the mention of the Sevii Islands, her home for the past three years. "Another earthquake hit One Island just as we were evactuating," she added, though her voice was drowned out by the activity surrounding her, and the fact that their tones were deeper and therefore more audible than hers. Falling silent, she stood there with her arms folded, weight shifted towards her left hip, slightly amused by the interaction between the two males- it was just like Tristan and Lake had been when the latter still resided with the family, aside from the fact that both of these guys were, well, huge. Was it even physically possible for someone to be that tall? She pondered Travis' extreme height as she watched him sit down, arriving at the conclusion that he must be part tree.

Ah, so Tree-man was called Travis, and The Dictator was named Raizen. In all honesty, she believed that her nicknames were much more suited to them. She was oblivious to the arrival of a fourth person until the girl spoke, causing her to blanch in mild surprise.

"Oh... Didn't hear you come in," she blinked, her expression remaining relatively stoic. "Name's Fenton," she added, matter-of-factly. "No, it's not a guy's name, contrary to what you may have heard of. It's actually unisex, but yeah, you probably don't give a damn- I don't expect you to." Then came the chewing of her lower lip, the rocking back on the heels to crane her head around The Dictator, who was obstructing her field of vision. She had nothing else to say, nothing to declare, no reason to give that piqued her interest of joining their merry band of freaks. Honestly, a part-tree, a dictator, and a little girl? Fenton didn't have a sudden desire to travel with these people, she wanted to get going as soon as possible. This was until The Dictator opened his egotistical mouth and offered her an excuse to hit him.

"Excuse me?" She demanded incredulously, her face bearing an insulted expression. "You honestly think that I'm the sort who'd be into all that fancy crap? Do I look like a weakling or something? Psh, who'd be dumb enough to skip up to Professor Oak's laboratory amidst all this crisis to get tips on stupid, trivial stuff like that? Not me! Sheesh, typical guy, stereotyping me because of my gender!" As she spoke, her voice became more and more irate, her face reddening with anger. "Don't damn well patronise me! I'm not a kid! Just because I'm short, people think they can push me around and tell me what to do! I'm sick of it! Ugh! Who do you think you are, anyway?" She cried, clenching her fists with enough force to cause her knuckles to whiten and growled lowly. "Sure, I have a smart mouth, it's smarter than yours," Fenton hissed, muttering a string of expletives beneath her breath. She had been about to leave before he'd spoke, and now would not depart until she'd won this argument. "... Choose your next move carefully, else you'll be getting a new look, courtesy of my fist!"

((Yeah, Fen probably wouldn't recognise him, because she's been out of Johto for four years or so. XD I forgot to add 'Psycho B*tch' to her personality. D: Btw, I'm loving how all the girls so far are tiny, and the guys are both over six feet. XD))

Kamten walks from the beach saying good bye Jerry and Carrie. Just then his phone rings as he walks from the beach of the Cerulean Cape. "Hello" Kamten said. "Son get to Pallet town now Professor Oak needs you tell him I sent you when you get there there throwing together a team to help investigate the recent disasters and legendaries" Kamten Sr said. "But dad you know I'm focusing on pokemon contest right now what can I possible do" Kamten Jr asked. "Son do this thing for me you know your mother would have wanted you to she was always the adventurous type" Kamten Sr said. "Alright dad I'll go" Kamten Jr. said hanging up his phone. He then grabs his poke ball with the word Trust on it. "Trust come on we need to go" Kamten said as a Skarmory came from the poke ball and flew him to Pallet Town.

    ----------------

Skarmory touches down as the short flight went effortlessly. On the outside Pallet seemed uninviting and ominous as Kamten entered the office the site changed to chaotic Aids running around like chickens with there heads cut off there were a group of trainers talking as Kamten went over to try to make small talk with them he knew the obvious that no one knew what was going on so he asked in stead. "How's it going everyone I'm Kamten" He said smiling shinning white teeth.

OOC: An ooc thread is either already up or going through moderation

Fia u are accepted. feel free to post and welcome to the rp

    IC:

    The trainer began,
"Travis. Don't call me 'man'. Call me Raizel. Do that and we are fine," the trainer now known as Raviel said.
Travis let out a grin. "Fine by me Raziel." Travis wanted to say Raz, but figured better not to press his luck.
"... also stop blasting whatever you are listening too. Kill your hearing with the volume or my ears with the quality." he said.
"It wasn't that loud, and Metallica rocks." Travis said chuckling.
"Anyway, this little group you are talking about, permitting this benefits me in some manner, I'll join. It seems fun." Raziel said.
"I don't see the fun in possible early doomsday for mankind..." Travis thought but didn't say.
Raizel spun around to his other admirers, the children.

Travis wasn't all thrilled with the guys harsh talk towards the girls, especially the rather young one, but he figured it best not to go critisizing him for it, he had known too man people who have had harsher lives than him. They began to argue and that is when he put up a hand,
"Well, now, let's not be too hostile here. I am very sure that Lance and Oak will allow any help whatsoever. I know Oak well, and if Lance's legacy fits him well, he is also accept your help. But right now, he is upstairs and out of communication with us."

"...hail storm in Lavander town has finally stopped. Witnesses have said that they saw Rayquaza flying to the south. Saffrom City is now under marshal law due to huge rioting and anarchy resulting in the damage of over 70% of the city..." the television continued.

(Oh. Yay, and wow. I didn't notice my intro. kind of tied in with brael's. I just came up with it on my own XD So I guess you're OK with the addition of the Orre Region? 'Tis my all-time favorite region, so...)

An earthquake. Then nothing. Then another quick shake. And once again, nothing. Looking down at the ground, Zora titled her head quizically. Wonder what it could be. Groudon? She shook her head. But...that could be true.... Oh, Arceus, help me out here, please. As she began heading towards Mt. Ember, the ground started to shake again, this time knocking Zora back. I probably shouldn't advance.... she thought, heading back towards the dock. The boat was gone, but that was because everyone had most likely evacuated and were now heading back towards Vermilion. Since it took Zora roughly an hour to reach One Island on the boat (despite its boasting on how fast it was), she figured it wouldn't be back for a bit. And, of course, Silk was her only Flying Pokemon, but she couldn't really lift anything. And Fia wasn't one to learn Teleport. There was Cierra, but she was probably at home playing with Lina, and Zora couldn't break the two up.

"Well, this may be harder than I thought...." she muttered, heading for the abandoned Pokemon Center. As she entered the building, she noticed how dim it was. So they had enough time to turn off the lights? Laaaaaame.... Turning around to leave, she noticed a faint purple aura right where she had come in. It seemed to float around a bit, before taking form.

"Haunnnnnter," the Pokemon replied. Zora sighed.

"You do not know how many of you I face in Fantina's gym...." she muttered, walking right through the Ghost Pokemon (to its surprise) and right out the door. None of that could freak her out. Maybe getting herself drunk could, but to see a Ghost Pokemon suddenly appear was nothing. Moving towards her next destination, once again trying for Mt. Ember, Zora noticed a few people around, but couldn't figure out if they were residents or not. Some of the females seemed to reach her height, and a lot of the guys seemed to tower over her. Ugh.... Stupid growth spurts.... I never seem to have any.... Reaching out for a berry high up in a tree, Zora struggled to get it just on her feet. Getting on her tippy-toes she grabbed it, but then fell back on her butt. Ow.... Not cool.... Taking a bite out of the berry, Zora shuddered. It's sour, too.... Cool, but.... If only I could buy my own berries. Money does make the world go 'round and 'round and 'round.... Laying on her back (despite the constant earthquakes), Zora began to look at the clouds. The sky at least seemed normal. Maybe some soot clouds, but nothing more than that. What a strange day....

(So yeah. That's where I leave her at~)

"Well, for your information, Raiz-whats your name, I have an extremely powerful team of pokemon, including a Rotom that could and would go Rotom Cut and rip you to pieces, on command. Fortunately for you, I'm not that kind of person. By the way, you could never blow me over, just because I can see my ribs through my shirt doesn't make me thin. Okay, so I am unreasonabley thin. But I don't suggest you getting off on the wrong start with me if we are going to work together on the Investigation whatever."

Carolyn was frustrated that this punk had made fun of her tiny body but having an enemy on her own team was not a favorite of hers. She sighed. This guy would make the mission difficult, but she had to pull through, there were pokemon and people in danger! Then she thought of something and could not pass up the chance to insult him.

"Oh yeah, I remember. Your name is Raizel. Interesting, it is rare to come across someone whose name is less creative than my pokemons'. Perhaps you should change it to something more suiting like... Weirdo Punk Dude."

More arguing took place. Travis couldn't believe this was happening, but he couldn't help but hide his laughter as to how stupid it was. He gave Gill an apple from his backpack, as he watched the trainers argue.

Another trainer walked in. He looked about 15 years old, and looked rather happy. "Hows it going everyone? I'm Katem." he said.
Travis was about to wave, but...

"Oh yeah, I remember. Your name is Raizel. Interesting, it is rare to come across someone whose name is less creative than my pokemons'. Perhaps you should change it to something more suiting like... Weirdo Punk Dude." the younger trainer said.

Travis knew what was gonna happen next, He stood up and held out his hands in a peace making motion.
"Okay guys, let's cool it before we get too ahead of ourselves. If we do end up working as a team, we're gonna have to cooperate and get along."

"Travis?" Oak's voice rang out from above. Travis looked up. Oak was walking toward him. "I see we got a lot of other trainers here. Who do we have here?"
"I'm ashamed to admitt I only know a few names here," he said pointing a few out, "That I know is Raziel, and that's Katem...who are you guys, I'm very sorry..."

Carolyn rolled her eyes. She had already said her name before, how could he already have forgotten? Oh well, at least Oak was here, now she could talk to him instead of quarrel with Raizel. "Like I said earlier, I'm Carolyn, and I would like to join in and help to Investigate the fight between the Legendaries. Although I am small, as Raizel pointed out, I have a quite strong team and I am willing to risk it all to help people and pokemon anytime, anywhere."

By this time Carolyn had sent out seedling and he was in her arms. He wanted to be a part of the group as much as his trainer. "Bulba-bulbasaur!" "Come on, be reasonable Seedling, you could never face Kyogre..." Of course, they don't know my ability! (Sorry, I forgot to mention this in my sign-up) "Oh yeah, you all should know, pokemon can understand people but people can't understand pokemon. That is, except for me. I first discovered this when I got Slash. He said 'Charmander char char' and I understood that he had said, 'Cool, I get to go on an adventure, Yippee! My special gift may be useful on the quest.

Ever been Godsmacked? Ever been so dumbstruck that you pleaded to the forces above to send you some sign to make sense of all the hysteria that has occurred in your life? Not many have and its probably a good thing, as superstition is a dangerous problem. Raizel believes that whole heartedly, as realism is a effective way to live. Expect the worst as that is what will happen as much as you don't want it to happen. This group of "trainers" started off fairly normal. Raizel talked in his regular tone, not his celebrity tone, and he was criticized. However, Mr. Travis broke the norm and sustained a regular conversation without having the innate desire to murder Raizel and his family. Now of course, in the midst of his state of completely zoning out due to girls yelling at him because he told them the truth and Travis totally go against the social norm of society, much had occurred. The first thing is, the little children responded to his statements, so he can to reply naturally otherwise he would be rude and no progress would take place. The second thing is Travis tried to calm everyone down and naturally he is fighting a losing battle. The last and possibly most important is Oak finally crawled out of his hole. Recollecting his attention and focusing on the tasks on hand he addressed everyone who spoke him one way or another.

"Okay, first off. You children," he began pointing his gauntlet covered hands (OOC: Yeah, I just remembered that he wears like Link styled gauntlets on his hands, my bad) "What are you? 8? Maybe 9? You couldn't think of a better insult than 'Weirdo Punk Dude'. I think anyone here could do better than that. And as far your 'powerful' team is concerned, I highly doubt there are as strong as you say they are. Please, you are a rookie at best. Mommy and Daddy probably gave you them and kicked you out of the house because they didn't want you anymore. Last thing. Talking to Pokemon and claiming you can understand them is a sign of a dangerous mental condition which means in 1st grader terms, your head has a boo boo. You should go to a doctor and get the boo boo a big band aid to make it better."

"And of course, my favorite little rebellious loud mouth who has yet to learn her place in the world. To answer your question of who I am. My name is Raizel and I am a well-respected trainer hailing from the Johto region. My status is that of a champion battler and Elite 4 contender. So my ego is well earned and pushing around kids like you who believe the own the place is a pastime of mine. It maintains order. By the way, unless Kanto is some dictatorship, I believe I have the right to do anything I want. But I have a question: Can your fists even reach my face?"

Raizel turned to Travis avoiding the potential revolt that he provoked. "I apologize for that. I couldn't let them get the better of me. Personally, I rather fix this 'problem' with actual trainers that know what they are doing. If I remember correctly, your name is pretty big here in Kanto. Wouldn't know much about it, since I am Johto native myself." Then an old voice was released from above. It was a surprise that the noise overcame the cesspool of machines releasing random messages, nerds devising difficult equations, and Televisions spewing depressing news. Raizel heard of a well renowned scientist that had made significant steps in Pokemon science. The man was from Kanto and became an icon in the scientific world. Deduction led to Raizel believing that this man was Oak. Travis already introduced Raizel to Oak already. Raizel walked over to Oak directly and offered his hand for a gentleman's handshake. "You must be Oak. It will be my honor to solve this...crisis for you."
