This is the Speed Tiers for the OverUsed tier. You may use this for making EVs to outrun certain threats and such! Additionally, if you find any errors, please post!

Progress: FINISHED. After adding an extra tier at the bottom (due to it being very lengthy), I need to update the colors.
    ---

Note: Only OU Pokémon are listed. All of the Smogon analyses' suggested nature and EVs (for Speed) are listed on here.

    Key:

Speed Stat - This is the raw Speed stat that the Pokémon has after calculating Base Speed, Nature, EVs, and IVs (all Pokémon listed on here have 31 Speed IVs unless mentioned otherwise in the "Nature" section).

Pokémon - Obviously, it's a Pokémon. When you hover over the Pokémon sprite, it lists what Smogon movesets are used. If a moveset name has an asterisk (*) beside it, that means the moveset could have a different set of EVs/natures than just the one listed.

i.e. Say Gengar with max Speed EVs and Timid nature is on the Speed Tiers, most (if not all, besides Choice Scarf) Smogon movesets would be listed.

Base Speed - Base stats are a general outline for a Pokémon, and this only includes the stat that matters in this guide: Speed. Base Speed is here for convenience.

Nature - Natures increase one stat by 10% and decrease another by 10% (note that some natures don't increase/decrease at all). Speed increasing natures are listed as "Positive", while Speed decreasing natures are listed as "Negative". Natures that don't increase or decrease is listed as "Neutral" of course.

Boost - "Boost" refers to the Speed stat increase that items like Choice Scarf and moves such as Agility and Dragon Dance grant. Abilities can also give a boost.

EVs - EVs stand for Effort Values that increase stats (only Speed EVs are listed here of course), more info can be found here. The max EVs that can be given to one stat is 252 (technically 255, but the extra 3 EVs don't matter).

    BmhSg.png
    - This means that the Pokémon could also use a Hidden Power type that lowers its Speed stat by one.

    xpE4E.png
    - This means that the Pokémon could also use a Hidden Power type that lowers its Speed stat by two.

About Hidden Power Ice - It's possible to have Hidden Power Ice without lowering Speed, using 30 HP and 30 Defense IVs. However, some Smogon analyses mention how it lowers Speed (without knowing that it's possible not to, probably). 30 Speed IV is also the default on Pokémon Online when you choose a Hidden Power type. For those reasons, the Hidden Power asterisk is still going to be used for Hidden Power Ice users.

  • This is really awesome lol, I definitely will use this once I finally get to making a team.

My one question though is...can the excess lines at the bottom of each tier be removed? Some of them are really long and there is just a big void there.

    thanksss!

Progress: FINISHED, but I still need to double check everything to make sure that there are no mistakes. I will remove all of the extra space in the CSS once I am done. After adding an extra tier at the bottom (due to it being very lengthy), I need to update the colors.
by extra space, i mean lines. :P i should be done checking over it tomorrow or the day after that, and i'll remove the lines.

  • yeah, this is pretty awesome stuff.

Quagsire would probably be a nice addition since it is pretty relevant to the metagame now, hitting 106 Spe at neutral nature and 95 with -Spe nature like Relaxed. 0 Spe base 110's should sit around 256 Spe. I don't know about Smogon, but on the PO server Bold max/max CM Latias is pretty popular. Chansey as well hits 136 Spe and while it might not be as popular as Blissey; I've seen my fair share of Chansey especially on Rain teams that sport excellent Rapid Spinners like Starmie and Tentacruel. Abomasnow should be mentioned on the 60 Spe tier since it has a very unique niche even in OU. I think Wobbuffet should be mentioned as well, since it occupies a wierd speed tier 33, so certain players might want to know what speed max Wobb hits so their Skarmory can speed creep lol.

I don't want to sound like I'm just throwing names for the hell of it, so I'll stop before I mention Darmanitan and Jolteon or others (P2 and Hippo are mentioned so...). But this is a nice guide!
