If you Need cloning then please oblige to these rules.

This Process can take up to 24 hours, Depending On Traffic with customers. You Should Recieve within an hour or so.
This all depends on how many times you want it duplicated.

If the Pokemon is legit/rare. I may duplicate one for my own gain, Now you think i would do all this for nothing do you ;P?
