Help me!

So. I'm wanting to make an animated flair of Mudkip, but i don't know how to and i don't understand any of the information given. So I'm curious, is someone willing to make me an animated flair of mudkip?

A handy tutorial is available via the same page, but note that you need to be a PokéCommunity Supporter to be able to place images in your flair.
