Unreadable

Do you have one or more games (on discs) that have become unreadable by your console or PC and can no longer be played?

What game has become unreadable? Do you wish you could play this game again? How did it become unreadable?

One of my favorite games on the PC was Star Wars: X-wing. I enjoyed playing it all the time, but the disc can't be read anymore.

I sometimes wonder what causes the disk to be unreadable, if there are no scratches or very little...

My Guitar Hero World Tour is unreadable on the slimline PS2, but not on the original one.
As for PS1... Fisherman's Bait 3, Tomb Raider and Pandemonium 2. I would like to get back to playing Pandemonium 2 once again.

i ususally burn all my disks to iso and save it on computer.
