There has always been such a thing for profiles (since the time they became customisable), so rather jarring that there isn't one for blogs.

I think this would be a good addition. Some people's blogs are really hard to read due to animated gifs in background u_u

I wish for this feature to be implemented. Would make things much easier for my eyes. @_@;
