    • Welcome to the Pokemon Universe Challenge! The original thread by MoreLike Zack was hard to work with due to his inactivity, and that is the reason for reviving it.​

    As written by Zack: You are a pokemon trainer in a large universe. There are many unknown things out there, but there are the things you know. There are planets, different natural phenomenons and galaxies. There are three challenge types: Normal, Ultimate and Super Ultimate. In normal you must play through any game with one of these categories in effect:

    Earth
    The criteria for this planet is:
    Grass Types
    Ground Types
    Rock Types
    Water Types
    Flying Types
    Animal Based Pokemon
    Machine Based Pokemon*
    * = This does not mean Steel type!

    Moon
    The criteria for this planet is simply Grey or White, based on a mouse and you may also have 2 pokemon from the Earth category.

    Mars
    The criteria for this planet is:
    Ground
    Rock
    Steel
    Ice
    Fire
    (The two extra rules from the original thread are being dropped because I don't fell like they're appropriate for this planet.)

    Venus
    The criteria for this planet is:
    Flying
    Water
    Normal
    White
    All pokemon must be female.

    Mercury
    The criteria for this planet is being changed because it doesn't really make much sense. This is the new criteria:
    Flying
    Pokemon that can learn Theif

    Saturn
    The criteria for this planet is:
    Orange pokemon
    Steel
    Rock
    Pokemon larger than 6'

    Neptune
    The criteria for this planet is:
    Ice
    Water
    Electric
    Blue

    Uranus
    The criteria for Uranus is:
    Ice
    Water
    Flying
    Steel

    Sun
    The criteria:
    Fire
    Yellow
    Orange
    Red

    Black Hole
    The criteria is:
    Dark
    Ghost
    Black
    Ability Levitate
    (These are slightly changed)​

    The ultimate challenge is these categories, but you must get 10 points by playing through multiple times and using this scoresheet:
    EARTH~2pt
    MOON~4pt
    VENUS~3pt
    MARS~3pt
    MERCURY~5pt
    URANUS~5pt
    SATURN~5pt
    NEPTUNE~4pt
    THE SUN~6pt
    THE BLACK HOLE~5pt
    The points are updated accordingly to the rule changes.

    And finally, the Super Ultimate Challenge! This mode must be done in Nuzlocke, except for Meteorite. It's the same as ultimate, but you need 20 points. Also, there is a new category, worth 8 points!

    Giratina
    Deoxys
    Jirachi
    Kyurem
    Mew
    Clefable
    Wigglytuff
    Starmie
    Lunatone
    Solrock
    Beheeyem

    You must defeat these trainers to complete the challenge:
    Gen I-IV+VI: Champion
    B/W: Ghetsis
    B2/W2: Champion

    Optional rules:
    Nicknames
    HM slaves

    As I had said in the previous thread, I did finish my Neptune Run of Leafgreen.
    I believe my next run will be a Moon Run of Emerald.

    • Billeh, thanks for the suggestion, but I am just trying to beat each challenge instead of just getting 10 points. :)
    In my Emerald Moon run, I have just beaten Brawly, delivered Devin's Goods, and am battling trainers on the beach part of Route 109. My team is:
    Armstrong the Lombre: Level 18 Absorb/Astonish/Nature Power/Growl Swift Swim
    Crescent the Ralts: Level 16 Confusion/Growl/Double Team/Teleport Trace
    Gibbous the Aron: Level 12 Headbutt/Tackle/Harden/Mud Slap Sturdy
    HM Slave 1 the Nicada: Level 7 Cut/Flash/Harden/Leech Life

    From my last post, I have beat Wattson, Flannery, Norman, and Wiona. My team is:
    Crescent the Gardevoir: Level 35 Confusion/Psychic/Calm Mind/Double Team Trace
    Gibbous the Lairon: Level 35 Metal Claw/Iron Tail/Iron Defense/Strength Sturdy
    Aldrin the Altaria: Level 35 Dragon Breath/Fly/Fury Attack/Sing Natural Cure
    Armstrong the Lombre: Level 37 Surf/Absorb/Thief/Fake Out Swift Swim
    I've decided I am not going to post any HM slaves.

    • That went a lot faster than expected :0. My team after beating Wallace was:
    Gibbous the Level 52 Aggron: Metal Claw/Iron Tail/Earthquake/Strength Quick Claw
    Crescent the Level 53 Gardevoir: Psychic/Calm Mind/Thunderbolt/Double Team Magnet
    Aldrin the Level 54 Altaria: Dragon Claw/Dragon Dance/Fly/Steel Wing Silk Scarf (Why? I don't know.)
    Armstrong the Level 55 Ludicolo: Surf/Giga Drain/Ice Beam/Fake Out
    I am not sure what my next run will be, nor what game. Will post about it soon, though.

    • Alright, I have decided what my next run will be. In my quest to beat them all, I have done Neptune and the Moon, and know I will go to THE SUN!
