EDIT: i've been thinkin about being the water gym, but my activity wouldnt justify it.

You can be water gym for now just cause you might cut it if you check in at least once a day.

ok, i won my match, and leeza was playing as a normal trainer so i get .5 right?

if lezza was a normal trainer then yes it is .5 but if it is a gym leader it is 1 whole.
