A water stone can be found in the abandoned ship.

Hi,

Where do I receive the map of Hoenn?


I'm looking for my "Twigglypuff" but I can't find route 117 because I dont have a map to help me navigate.

Several places.
They're on walls in most houses, I think.
When you use fly, it tells you as well.
If you've seen a jigglypuff, just check your pokedex, and it'll show you where you can catch a jigglypuff with red dots on your map.

But it should be on your pokenav (or whatever its called) anyway.

question about pokemon emerald

i play in pokemon emerald and i i think that i did everything...
i just sometimes fight against the elite four for some exp to my pokemons
now i try catch pokemons and evolve them
can i find kabuto or omanyte (sry for spelling) in emerald BUT without trading?

thinking about buying leafgreen/firered

can you rename the protagonist or do you have to keep leaf/red as the name of the protagonist?

Sorry, But no you can't you have to trade from Fire red or leaf green

No, you must trade. But you CAN find both the Root and Claw Fossil. (If you haven't done that, that is)

No, you have to complete the Hoenn Dex.

That wasn't in Red and Blue...

They changed it up for the remakes I have no idea why but I guess they didn't want the players to give away drinks for Pokemon to people lol. And to be more specific on what Roxas posted the old lady is located in the hotel/apartment building by the store I believe she is on the first floor talk to her and she gives you the tea.
