Uhm if you google IV calculator you should be able to find one. I personally use Legendary's calculator, I think that's what it's called. EV's are a lot harder to figure out if they're randomly done. To use the IV calc you have to know it's nature, stats, level and EV's.

Usually you want 31 in their most important stats but imo 25+ is quite decent.

How do you figure out EP?Or is it impossible unless you record them from the start?
