Introduction
Okay, this is my first hack!
Welcome to Elite Quest!
This is a hack of Firered.
Story
Basic pokemon game story.
You wake up, it's your tenth birthday, and time
to get your first pokemon!
You go to the proffesors lab and get your starter choosing from nine
pokemon. In Route 1 while you are travelling you encounter a strange
person who try's to steal your Pokemon. you defeat them, discovering they
are from team rocket, and they run away...
It is now your goal to destroy their team while also collecting badges to be the Pokemon champ!...

Starters
For your starter, you can choose over 9 Pokemon including: Shellder,
slowpoke, Squirtle, Chikorita, Treecko, Oddish, Torchic, Cyndaquil, vulpix.
Info
Pokemon Trading center
A building in the second town of the game where people go to
trade their Pokemon. There are always a few people in there willing to trade
their pokemon. They might even have rare Pokemon!
The more badges you get, The more trades are available!

Pokemon Minigame center
This operates alot like the Battle Frontier.
This is a place where you come to play minigames.
The more badges, the more minigames available!
Depending on the difficulty of the minigame, you will get a
certian amount of MP(Minigame Points) If you sucessfully complete
it. The minigame points can then be spent on an item or pokemon!

Yeah, It doesn't have much info, I'll maybe add some screenies tomorrow.:)
The name took me a while to think of.

I'm also thinking of a better story.

lol thats good cause if a mod finds this its gonna be closed. u should at least add starters or something

I've improved the story and added the starters section.
It's all on the first post.
Expect screenshots for the next update!

ok,i'm sorry but this will not work,how are you POSSIBLY going to fit the starters in?

there's only three pokemon to start with, and on all starter pokemon hacking tools only 3 slots, so please explain how to fit these in?

Shellder - Chikorita
slowpoke- Treecko
Squirtle - Oddish
Chikorita - Torchic
Treecko - Cyndaquil
Oddish - Vulpix
Torchic - Shellder
Cyndaquil - Slowpoke
Vulpix - Squirtle

It's not perfect Because of Shellder(it's ice and water types), but Shellder is staying.

I don't think you need to transfer to a ROM Base as your Alpha isn't going to be to long. Finish your work and then see how you feel :)

Your second screen could use a slight adjustment in the post above me could use some slight work. The ledge opening has a gap of one tile, which is kind of restictive - I'd suggest opening it up to a two or three tile width so the player doesn't feel restrained (General rule of thumb for mapping). There is a Pokemon inside every Pokeball.

You could also do the same tile-width thing with the third screen, but I don't know where it leads to :/

I don't have much to say on the story, it seems to be a bit generic :o

Anyway, I wish you luck with this hack, and hope to see the Alpha up sometime soon ;D

1.Right then, I won't swich to a rombase.
2.I agree, I'll change that to a two tile gap.
3.I wont change the third screen, The one tile gap isn't leading anywhere,
just to a dead end.
And, the story isn't very good, I'm no good at making those.
