Game Help: Pokemon Team Drafting

Hi I understand everyone has their preference of pokemons. Over here, I am trying to use the data of all the pokemons from gen1-gen8 and try to come up with a team of Pokemon that can have a high win rate against other possible combinations of team. I created a ranking based on the 6 main attributes - HP, Attack, Defense, Special attack, Special defense and speed. I want to get feedback on which attribute(s) should have a higher weightage. The model i used was equal weightage for all 6 of them.
