[ROM Hack] Inclement Emerald Challenger mode

Hey guys! Here I challenge Champion Wallace of Pokémon Inclement Emerald on challenger difficulty with play by play commentary. It has been a fun series so far, and after the champion will be continuing on into the post-game to rematch all of the gym leaders with their legendaries!
