    POKÉMON ABERRATION

    Pokémon Aberration is a fangame made with Pokémon Essentials. It takes place in the Salor region, where an evil team with an affinity for psychic-type Pokémon is stirring. Journey through a region based on the New England area of the United States with two interesting rivals! Make decisions that affect your relationships with characters.

    Planned Features

    - Catch Pokémon up to Generation 8 (and possibly beyond)!
    - Discover new regional variants of existing Pokémon! Each starter from another region gets a variant of their final evolution.
    - Difficult rival and boss fights (without fake difficulty).
    - Choice-based: Some decisions you make can affect dialogue and battles.
    - Rivals with unique personalities and teams.
    - Detailed mapping with interesting and nice-looking tilesets.
    - Edits to existing Pokémon -- so each team feels unique even if you don't use many regional variants!
    - 8 New Gyms and an elite 4

    I've been working on a new battle UI:


    I'm not sure if I'll work with the game's tone or not, so I might change the textures if need be!

    I don't usually sprite/do art (I'm a scripter/mapper), so feedback is appreciated!
