Emerald hack: Pokemon Emerald "Murphy edition"(Worst Luck)

Hello everyone! I've created a Pokémon Emerald mod called 'Murphy Edition.' Originally, this mod was made by AtSign for Smallant, who featured it in his video about this challenging gameplay (you can watch Smallant's video here: https://youtu.be/EAgnVFX2pl8).

I decided to bring this mod to Pokémon Emerald because I found it to be an interesting challenge, and Smallant hadn't released the mod for this version yet. I received permission from Mechakhan, who made a similar 'Murphy Edition' mod for Fire Red (you can find his Fire Red mod here: https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/388569). He was thrilled that someone was adapting his mod for Pokémon Emerald.

To create this mod, I used the Emerald Pret decompiled repository on GitHub (https://github.com/pret/pokeemerald), and I received valuable assistance from my friend, Viperio. You can check out Viperio's YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/@Viperio_19, especially if you enjoy challenging and original Pokémon content.

If you decide to take on this challenge or create content about it, please feel free to do so without giving me credit. I hope you have a great time! 😄

How many of the other sorts of changes seen in the fire red hack did you end up making btw? I'm interested in trying out a HC nuzlocke of these and the changes made to the fire red seem pretty cool. Like, no shade on AtSign, the version they made certainly made the best YT content, but the changes like making tackle base 100 accuracy, being a lil less punishing on pokeballs etc are changes that I'm guessing before I play make the game a lot more playable.

Enjoying it so far, seem like most things are correctly unlucky.
However! Priority moves seem to be messed up for both the player and opponent.
Quick attack has reduced priority, detect seems to be normal priority and forcus punch is going first (and ruining me).
I'm only at the second gym so there might be more but I haven't encountered them yet.

Magnitude freezes the game when the play uses it, doesn't get to selecting a number just freezes.
Haven't seen the AI use it yet.

I think I figured out the priority.
Normally the AI always has increased priority on priority moves (both increased and decreased) and the player has negative priority.
But something about double battles breaks this, the pokemon on the left have priority work as above, but the pokemon on the right seem to have reversed priority, or possibily normal.

Also I found a shiny Whismur

Is the fixed patch going to be released soon? Interested in streaming a run of this myself, but would prefer to use the updated version if possible.

Also, has anything in the Battle Frontier been altered in this hack? For instance, the Battle Pike would be BRUTAL if the worst possible luck was guaranteed in every room. What about Contests? Or Pokemon in the Safari Zone always running away if possible?
