    Pokecommunity Election Setup:
    a. Anyone wishing to enter must PM me or Kylie-chan from September 1st until 12PM estUS on September 10th
    b. On September 10th a list of all the runners will be posted in this thread.
    c. The round one voting will start on September 10th and will run to the end of September . Each member can vote for up to three members.
    d. October 1st: The top ten members voted on from round one will be listed in this thread. All campaigning must be removed from the runners sigs/avatars after the list is posted.
    e. Voting will last until November 2nd, during this time you may vote for only one member.
    f. November 5th: The two winners are chosen and informed that they have won. November 6th: The two winners are announced

    Prizes for becoming President/Vice-president:
    a. Own usergroup with the title President or Vice President
    b. Your choice of colored name (president will also receive his or her name in italic)
    c. Increased PM box space

    And for the rules.
    a. No staff shall be allowed to enter.
    b. No member currently holding the President and Vice-President will be permitted to run.
    c. To run you must have at least 100 posts and must be a member of two months or longer.
    d. No spamming posts or rep with 'vote for me' at all, and no PMing people asking them to vote for you. Anyone doing so will be removed from the elections. You may not do this for other members either, anyone caught doing so will have that member removed from the election.
    e. No non-voting posts in the voting threads.
    f. As to help cut down on IP double voting, each voter must have at least 50 post.
    G. You can ask people to vote for you...but only in the clubs started for elections, and you have to give a few reasons, not just ask for a vote.
