Prologue:
Ten men surrounded the pokemon with devious grins, exchanging looks at each other. A dark skinned man with a bold demeanor stepped up, holding up his hand. "Process begins in 10... 9... 8... 7... 6..."
He looked around, and each member of Team Aqua knelt to one knee. Their desires to not only capture Kyogre, but enslave him, had went unsuccessful not once, but twice. they said the third time was the charm, but would they finally do it?
Multiple urns were placed around Kyogre in an intricate pattern, and they began to emit a mystical glow.
"5..."
He watched as a circle surrounded the large, sleeping Water pokemon.
"4..."
He looked on with a positive grin, as they had never gotten this close before.
"3..."
Here it went...
"2..."
He took a deep breath, taking a step closer as he looked at the countdown watch, watching the number flash across the screen as he spoke.
"1..."
He watched on eagerly as the mystical veil surrounded Kyogre, who was awoken by the sudden noise. But the man wasn't afraid, he had already captured it, there was NO way it could escape; they had done it. Kyogre was under their control, they had ultimate control over the seas!
"We've done it, Team Aqua!"
And those were the last words to escape his lips. Nobody knew what happened, but the bodies turned up in a search ten days later, and Kyogre was nowhere to be found. The bodies weren't bloody, or strangled, or hurt in any way... they were just dead. The autopsy?
Didn't reveal a thing.
