    You should go check out the CSS Help Thread over in the Computers and Technology forum. Also, you might be able to find a template somewhere. I also might be able to make a template for you.

    Yup, plenty of CSS tutorials over the internet, and as Sir Pedro mentioned you can get help from the CSS Help thread in the forums. I'm going to go ahead and close this now since it's not actually related to ROM hacking. n_n
