    I can't seem to find where that option is. (Are blogs still used?) I want to bring something to the attention of the mods.

    For those reading and asking the same question: Report the blog post itself and state that you have a problem in the comments. It's helpful to say which comment is a problem and why, as well as giving a link to any users concerned.
