Copied and Pasted Rules:
Moves / Items / Etc:
- OHKO Moves Are Banned
- Swagger is Banned
- Only allowed to put one pokemon to sleep, if they wake up you may place another back to sleep.
- Moody is Banned
- Items to Increase Evasiveness has been Banned
- Only Two Pokemon can carry one of the same Item.
- Only allowed One Baton Passer per Battle
- Limited one of each pokemon.
- Movesets, Items, Natures, Etc in one game can be different in another.
- Forcing Endless Battles is Banned.
- Only one pokemon in a team can carry a Z-Crystal(edited)
Battle:
- 6v6 Singles on Pokemon Showdown, after completion winner must submit a replay for verification.
- Battle Timer must be on.
- There will be 12 rounds in the season where every team will face against every team.
- Each Team has one week to complete a match, if not done each team will recieve a double game loss.
- Each win gives your team 3 points, Each loss gives your team 1 point, and each tie gives your team 2 points. At the end of the season, the 6 teams that have the highest points move to the playoffs.
- Each battle is best of 1.
- Players are allowed to take notes.(edited)
Trading
- No trades during the draft
- Trades can happen after the first week of the season
- You may only trade 1 time per week
- The last week for trades is Week 8
- You may only trade a Mega Pok?mon for a Mega Pok?mon
- You cannot trade with the same Trainer in back to back weeks, so you must wait 2 weeks before trading with that trainer
- You can only trade for a pokemon that is in the same tier as the pokemon that you are trading away
- Trades can only be a 1 for 1 trade(edited)
Draft Rules
- Each team has the following slots when drafting:
1 - Mega
1 - S Tier
1 - A Tier
1 - B Tier
2 - C Tier
2 - D Tier
2 - E Tier
2 - Free (220 Points)
- Each player one by one in a round based turn order picks a pokemon in any tier in a slot that they have open, once that pokemon has been chosen no one can pick that Pokemon.
- Each player has 220 points to spend in "Free", this slot means that you can spend your points into any avaliable pokemon in any tier, provided you have the points. You may opt to not use all your points, however you cannot go over.
- You may only use your points to get 2 pokemon.
- If you don't see a pokemon in the tier list, its simply banned.(edited)
More Draft Rules
- No drafting the same pokemon, once a pokemon has been drafted you cannot pick it again, however there is an exception to this rule, You are allowed to draft the same pokemon if it has other forms those pokemon are:

So I did get 5 posts, so here are the tiers. I am using Pokemon Amino's tier list since I like it :P However the Pick System was custom made.
