FOFCL is a game I made. Pokecommunity doesn't have to do it.
RULES

This is my idea. Each person who wants to play signs up.
When they sign up, they get 60 random cards. They then battle and earn rewards. They get new cards and keep improving their deck.
Signing Up
If you want to sign up, go to a thread and sign up there
Getting the cards
If fakers have cards they want people to use, they put them in a thread. Cards alone or a link. The cards (links) are added to a collection of cards.
Judging
People can sign up to be judges. Judges randomly shuffle decks and keep track of hands. They PM you the card.
They post the status of the Pokemon between turns.
How to Play
Judge makes thread and posts the players and reward amount.
Player 1 shows Pokemon
Player 2 shows Pokemon
Player 1 uses attack
(If Pokemon is asleep or poisoned judge posts the flip or "10 damage is taken off due to poisoned") (or 20)
Player 2 uses attack
Judge posts status
Eg. Porygon 50/60 HP Status: None
Zapdos 90/120 HP Status: Asleep
How to Post
The player must post all cards used.
So if Player 1 uses Bill, puts a grass energy on Ralts and uses Psywave he must show

It doesn't have to be in the order you posted, as long as all cards written are shown. Even if Ralts was used the turn before, he must still show ralts.
Tournaments
People can have tournaments for Christmas or Halloween.
You can have restrictions like
Halloween Tourment- Dark Pokemon only.
You can also have betting tournaments.
During each turn players can bet money and the judge along with Pokemon status's also hold the pot
You don't really need that money to bet it. But if you put in too much and the other guy wins, he'll be able to afford a lot of cards and he'd have a better deck.
Rewards
When you win a game, you get the money posted by the judge. Like you can win 10 Fofcls (fof-cils)
You use Fofcls to buy packs of random 9 cards to use in your deck
A pack is 5 Fofcls and a reward is minimum 5 fofcls
For tournaments, as each round progresses, the reward is more
Eg. Round 1- 5
Round 2- 10
Round 3-15
Round 4- 15
Round 5- 20
Semi Finals- 25
Finals- 30
Rewards must come in intervals of fives.
Organizing
Someone will need to keep track of player's Fofcls, Pokemon cards, and tournament advancers.
As well as all accepted players, referees, and Fake cards
One last obvious thing. FAKE POKEMON CARDS ONLY
