This game is basically a super buffed version of silver, heres the change log:
---Difficulty Spike---
Gym Leaders have their levels increased by about 4-6
70% of Regular Trainers have their levels increased by 2-3
Elite Four have their levels increased by 4
Kanto Gym Leaders have had their levels all increased to level 60
Other Important trainers except Red have had their levels buffed
---Move Changes---
Made OUTRAGE have 130 power
Made VINE WHIP have 25 PP
Made GLARE have 100% accuracy
Made POISON GAS have 90% accuracy
Made FURY CUTTER have 40 power
Made FUTURE SIGHT have 120 power
TM50 changed from Nightmare to ExtremeSpeed
TM45 changed from Attract to Softboiled
TM24 changed from Dragonbreath to Outrage
TM16 changed from Icy Wind to Ice Beam
TM25 changed from Thunder to Thunderbolt
TM31 changed from Mud Slap to Swords Dance
TM40 changed from Defence Curl to Flamethrower

All trade evolutions evolve at level 37 or evolve by stone
---Condensed Level Evolutions---
Rhyhorn now evolves into Rhydon at minimum level 40
Horsea now evolves into Seadra at minimum level 30
Dragonair now evolves into Dragonite at minimum level 40
Pupitar now evolves into Tyranitar at minimum level 40

Set starter 1 to Slowpoke- Holding TM29
Set starter 2 to Houndour- Holding TM38
Set starter 3 to Paras- Holding TM19
---Wild Pokemon---
Kabuto appears during the morning in Ice Path
Omanyte appears during the night in Ice Path
Chansey appears during the night in National Park
Kangaskhan appears during the night in National Park
Murkrow appears all times at Route 29, but more commonly during the night
All Starters appear during the morning in National Park
Pikachu, Clefairy, Riachu and Clefable appear during the afternoon in National Park
Lugia appears at the last floor (the one where you normally find lugia) in Whirl Islands at level 45 as a 1% encounter at all times of the day
Ho-Oh appears at on floor 9 (the one before the top) at level 45 as a 1%
encounter at all times of the day
Celebi appears in Ilex forest at level 10 as a 1% encounter and appears all times of the day
Venonat appears during all time of the day in Ilex Forest
Misdreavus appears during the night in Slowpoke Well
---Trades---
Trade in Violet City changed from Bellsprout for Onix to Murkrow for Larvitar (Nickname of Larvitar changed to Thicc)
Trade in Goldenrod City changed from Drowzee for Machop to Drowzee for Lickitung (Nickname of Larvitar changed to Miley) (Owner of the trainer changed to Billy) See if you guys can get the easter egg of the owner name :P
Trade in Olivine City (Nickname of the Voltorb has been changed to Ballz)

Base Stats updated to Gen 6
Ecrutek City now sells all the evolution stones
Indigo Plateau now sells Max Revive instead of Revive
Intro for Prof.Oak changed a little and gives some credit to me
Changed most legends cry to make them sound more unique
