[Battle] Types of Trainer Battle Scripts?

    In Fire Red, aren't there Battles where the trainer (Gary I think) will say some text when he's down to his last Pok?mon? Like in mid battle? If so, how do I script that?

    Or is that in a newer game and I'm tripping?

    That's in a newer game and you're tripping.
    I think it's from 4th gen in important battles, Rivals, Gym Battles, Elite Four members, etc.
    However, we have acquired the knowledge to do this with Egg's and KDS's battle engine upgrade for Emerald.
