I have worked on several hacks in that past that attempt to balance Pokemon by giving them all the same Base stat Total of 600, among other things. An example of this is Pokemon Leafgreen Balanced Edition: https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=368796
Currently i'm working on Pokemon White 2 Balanced, are for this game I would like to ask for support from anyone willing to help.
Positions include:
Stat Visualizer - I enjoy creating visual representation's of Pokemon's stats for my hacks. This doesn't take long to do by itself, but when combined with other tasks it can be hard to find time to do. An example of Stats Visualized would be here: https://www.mediafire.com/#mdbxm13k9lozs
Your job would be simpy creating the visual representations.
Location Manager - I could put any Pokemon anywhere, but realistically I want Pokemon to be found in places that make sense, both according to the Pokemon's types and according to the how early or late in the game they are found. Your job would to select the best location for a Pokemon to be found, and depending on the game, the time and season as well.
Role Writer - Most pokemon's roles can be summarized using one phrase like "Glass Cannon." Your job would be to write down the role that the Pokemon performs best. An example would be this: http://www.mediafire.com/file/j3pzt7obibp3628/Pokemon+Analysis.docx
Counter Seer - Every Pokemon has a counter, whether a soft one or hard one. Your role would be figuring out who counters who. Battling may be required! I can help with the battling part ;)
Balance Orator - What even is Balance? Your job is to help figure out how balanced the Pokemon are, and debate whether or not certain changes are necessary. Ideally, I would like at least 2 people for this position.
If any of this sounds interesting to you leave a message down below. In it, state which position you are interested in filling and how you feel about a Balanced Pokemon game, and if you could pick, which Pokemon/Pokemon game would you balance/Buff/Nerf.
