Can someone identify these things?

Any info or value would be appreciated.

Those catch discs are from a game where you've got a magnet attached to an elastic rope tied to your finger, and you throw it at the ground trying to catch the metal discs. I'm not sure of this brand in particular, but unless there's a whole set there, they probably don't have any real value. I had a few non-Pokemon ones as a kid, and they were fun to play with, though!
