[Battle] Adding Professor Oak trainer fight into gen 1 games

    Everyone knows about the unused trainer fight against Professor Oak in the Gen 1 games.
    I would like to add an actual NPC in Pokémon Blue or Red to trigger this fight without the known glitches.
    Is there a simplified tool out there to add a trainer npc who triggers this fight?
