    Try the usual (clear your cache and cookies).

    • Do you by any chance use www.pokecommunity.com and pokecommunity.com?

    You might be logged in into your old account when using one of them and into your new one when using the other.
    Just take a look at the address^^
    I hope you'll get what I mean^^

    • The pokecommunity.com and www.pokecommunity.com use different cookies, so its even possible to be logged into two accounts at the same time from the same computer. You can use this as an advantage and use each domain for each account.

    Make sure you hit the Log Out button before going into another account.
