Today I started to rip and find some xy sprites until I found them they was zipped and hundred mb in size I got them well I didn't got back sprites.

so I was wondering that can I insert them in gba.well they were gif.so did they will animate in game.

As long as they are in 16 colours and indexed you can insert them, as far as animating them goes:
