Also, mods, why the heck do downloads always get taken down? What's up with that?

Lots of reasons: the upload site might shut down, people delete accounts/ are banned, the upload is timed etc.

If you come across a dead link, try asking the original poster if they can update it with a new link. If the poster doesn't visit here any more you can message a mod if you manage to find a copy of that tool so we can update the post in their place.
