Laptop having hardtime shutting down

Past few days, my laptop shut down pretty much at fast speed (all is off) and I can safely put without needing to hard shutdown via power button, but now and few days ago. It momentary stops at when the screen is off, but the power led is on and I can hear the fan still spinning and the hold shift method makes much worse as it makes the laptop locked on shutdown screen and even I left few hours it still there, had to hard shutdown and occurs bluescreen on startup.

I need it so I can safely shut it down without damaging my laptop.

It's Sony Vaio and I did and it's clean

download defraggler and have it check your drive for fragmentation if none then download crystaldiskinfo to check the health of the drive if you need an example image of crystaldiskinfo i will gladly get it
