pcny wish without the fateful encounter tag are hacks and this is a well spread traded hack

Are you sure that the PCNY wishes have a fateful encounter? Because when you port them from Gen.3 to Gen. 6 they have to lose the fateful encounter

While most 3rd Gen events don't have the flag, PCNY should have them

Thats right the PCNY´s have the flag but when you Port them up to Gen6 or 7 they lose the flag. I have Reader it on serebii and some German community's
