[Script] How can I make roaming legendaries in Pokemon Emerald?

    I want to make a script for the legendary dogs to roam post elite 4 like they do in Fire Red. Is there a simple way to initiate a roaming legendary like an XSE command or how can I go about setting this up.

    Use the disassembly, or if you are unable, JPAN's FireRed Engine.

    If your hack is already considerably in progress you're out of luck. Sorry!
