Issues opening Essentials package on Mac

Hi. I've been having issues opening up the project files for Pokémon Essentials. I'm using a WineBottled RPG Maker XP on a Macbook Air, and oddly enough, RPG Maker would open up the Essentials files last year but refuses to this year. Suffice it to say, I cannot work on my game if I cannot open Pokémon Essentials in the first place, so any help would be appreciated.

Are you using a different version of Winebottle? That's the only thing I can think of.
