Produced using RPG Maker XP and Pokemon Essentials
A couple years after the downfall of Cipher in the Orre Region, a small group from the criminal organization hatched a new plot in the Vershia Region, using the knowledge about Shadow Pokémon from their predecessors. You, an agent from the International Police, are dispatched to the Vershia Region to stop these new criminals. You are able to smash through the ranks of the organization with your elite team and eventually confront the leader. Along the way, you happened to catch the attention of a young Celebi. However, not everything goes according to plan. In the aftermath, you must fix what went wrong, but it won't be easy.
