Charlie Gold real name Charlie Hibiki is a teen actor who has a reputation for being a Bad Boy behind the scenes with one Director who has worked with him in the past being quoted as calling Charlie "A Loud Mouth Jerk who needs to stay the hell away from his daughter", one of Charlie's numerous ex-girlfriends has described Charlie as "A Penis that can walk and talk".

"I am not a Penis!" Charlie shouted while reading his Wikipedia page.

"Charlie, Sonny's here" His mother called from below.

"Ok send him up" Charlie replied as he continued reading the Wikipedia page as his agent Sonny walked into the room.

"Charlie we need to talk now so don't try to use any of your excuses to get out of it" Sonny said in a urgent tone.

"Alright Sonny what's going on" Charlie replied looking up from his computer screen.

"Ok I'm gonna be blunt for once in my life, your career's in the shitter and you're spending money you don't have" Sonny answered.

"Well duh it's been like that for awhile" Charlie said looking back at his computer screen.

"Well we have to do something about it" Sonny said walking over to Charlie and unplugging the computer.

"Hey I was reading that" Charlie said trying to grab the power cord out of Sonny's hands.

"Look Charlie I can handle managing your finances and getting you meetings but you have to do something to get your name back out in the spot and before you say your name is in the spotlight, I mean for the right reason not because you're a sexual deviant asshole" Sonny said, Charlie stopped trying to grab the power cord and sighed.

"Alright Sonny I'll try but what can I do?" Charlie asked.

"Well I do have an idea but you might not like" Sonny replied.

"Go ahead Sonny I'm open to anything…… Except Gay Porn" Charlie said, Sonny gave Charlie a What the skreeonk Look before going on with what he was going to say.

"I was thinking that maybe you could take the Pokémon League Challenge" Sonny said.

"So you want me to go out on my own with my only protection being Magical Animals" Charlie said raising an eyebrow.

"Look Charlie I think it could do wonders for you career, look at what happened to Red kid from Kanto he became one of the most popular people in the world, if some kid from the middle of nowhere in Kanto could become a Star like that then I'm sure you could" Charlie said.

"Hmm alright Sonny I'll give it a shot" Charlie answered.

"Ok well just one more thing before you agree that Red kid had a rule for his journey where he could only catch the first Pokémon he found on a route and couldn't catch anything else unless he had already caught the first Pokémon that he had seen so I was thinking that you could do that same rule to make your journey a bit more interesting seeing that people loved it when Red did it" Sonny explained.

"I guess I could do that" Charlie replied.

"Excellent I'll go give Brucie a Call and see if he get something put in the Paper about you and I'll pick up some equipment for you, while you go over to the Professor Elm's and get yourself a Starter Pokémon and then we'll meet on the outskirts of town" Sonny said as he got up and left the room.

Charlie grabbed his backpack and began packing in some supplies such as his Gameboy Colour, a magazine from his stash his wallet, some camping equipment he had brought but never used and he before he left he remembered to grab his Pokegear that had just gotten back from the shop, he walked down the stairs where his mother was waiting for him.

"Sonny told me what's happening" Charlie's Mother said.

"Yeah it's gonna save my career" Charlie said.

"Well take this" Charlie's Mother said as she gave her son some money.

"Thanks Mom, I'll call you later" Charlie replied as he put the money in his wallet.

"I'll be rooting for you Charlie" Charlie's Mother said and Charlie gave her a hug before walking out the door.

He began walking over to Elm's Lab when he caught sight of his friend Kris the two had been friends since birth but in the last few years their relationship had become strained especially due to the fact that Charlie thought Kris was very attractive and had hit on her many many times.

"Hey Kris I got some news" Charlie said to get her attention.

"What is it" Kris said as she rolled her eyes expecting Charlie to hit on her.

"I'm going to take the League Challenge to save my career" Charlie answered.

"Really Charlie, you of people are going to take the League Challenge" Kris said once again rolling her eyes.

"Hey I can do it" Charlie said.

"Wanna bet on it?" Kris asked.

"Alright, if I fail then I'll give you six thousand dollars" Charlie replied.

"And if you succeed?" Kris asked.

"You have to go on a date with me" Charlie said smirking.

"No way in hell" Kris said and began walking off.

"Alright Kris in a few weeks I will not only be the Indigo Plateau Champion but I will meet you at the Sunset Tower in Goldenrod" Charlie said with the smirk coming back to his face.

"More like in a few weeks I'll have twenty thousand dollars" Kris said walking off.

"I'll show her how good of a trainer I am…… then I'll show her the man downstairs" Charlie said.

"I heard that!" Kris shouted and Charlie picked up the pace walking towards Elm's lab but he stopped in his tracks when he saw a red headed girl outside of Elm's lab.

"It's Show time" Charlie said as he walked over to the girl.

"So this is the Famous Elm Pokémon Lab" The girl said in a slighter more masculine voice then Gold expected.

"Good Afternoon M'Lady" Charlie said as he tipped his fedora, the girl briefly looked at him but ignored Charlie,

"What's a cute girl like you doing here?" Charlie asked in a flirty town.

"I'm not a girl" The "Girl" shouted.

"Oh I get it, you're a Lady" Charlie said in an even flirtier town,

"No!" The "Lady" Shouted.

"You're a woman" Charlie said only for the "Woman" to kick him down.

"Asshole" The "Woman" said as she walked. off.

"That was rude" Charlie said as he walked into the Lab.

"Hello anyone here" Charlie called out as he walked in the Lab and couldn't see anyone however he could smell smoke and he looked over to the source of the smoke which was Professor Elm smoking Oddish leafs.

"You a cop?" Elm asked.

"No it's Me Charlie" Charlie asked.

"Oh…..Charlie…..….You want some?" Elm asked offering Charlie some Oddish Leafs.

"No I came because I wanted a starter Pokémon" Charlie said.

"Oh ok go ahead take one once you fill out this paper" Elm said giving Charlie a pen and a sheet to fill out which Charlie gave back before going to pick his starter Pokémon.

"Alright what do we have here" Charlie said as he looked at the three starting Pokémon, one was a light green Pokémon that resembled a dinosaur with a leaf on its forehead, the Pokémon next to it was black and mjlky white coloured mouse with four red spots on its back.

"Hmm they look a bit cutesy, which could help with women but I'm not really sure but I'm not too keen about the cutesy route…. Wait isn't there meant to be a third one" Charlie thought as he examined the first two Pokémon as he started looking around for the third starter he felt a tug on his pants and looked down to see a Blue Crocodile with red spines on its back and tail wearing an Outback hat complete with teeth lining it.

"G'Day mate my name's Steve and I've be waiting for a good trainer for a while now and you seem like a good bloke, so hows about we team up together and journey across the land" Steve the Totodile said as during his speech he grabbed Charlie and pointed up into the air.

"Well you seem like a charismatic guy and I wasn't really all that impressed by the other two so Welcome Board Steve" Charlie said shaking his starter Pokémon's hand.

"Thanks mate, I won't disappoint ya" Steve replied.

"Psst think you can do something for me?" Elm asked.

"Depends on what is it?" Charlie asked back.

"I need you to go to my friend Mr Pokemon's House on Route thirty and pick up a "package" for me" Elm answered.

"……..Ok I can do that for" Charlie said having a good feeling that he knows what would be in the package.

"Thanks man" Elm said going back to his weed, Charlie and Steve then exited lab.

"Well Steve after we get Professor Chong a date with Mary Jane we're going to go take this Region by storm" Charlie announced to his starter.

"Sounds good to me mate" Steve replied and the two stepped out of New Bark town to begin their journey of the Johto region.

"Fucking Bugs! Charlie shouted in anguish as Steve knocked out about the eighth Weedle they had encountered.

"Well look on the bright side mate we're here" Steve said pointing to a house that's mailbox had Mr Pokémon written on it in sharpie.

"Alright let's do this" Charlie said ringing the doorbell the door opened to reveal a grey haired man.

"Mista Charlie Mon I've been expecting you me mon" Mr Pokémon said letting Charlie in the house.

"Yeah Professor Elm said you had a package for him" Charllie said trying to not breathe in the smoke.

"Ah yeah Mon the package let me go get it" Mr Pokémon replied walking into another room, Charlie looked around seeing at another old man sitting down at a Kitchen table a man who he recognised.

"Hey are you Professor Oak?" Charlie asked wanting to be sure.

"Yes indeed I am young man I head from a friend of mine you were intending on taking the Pokemon Leauge challenge and using a rule used by a boy called Red" Oak answered Charlie knew Sonny had connections but he was kinda surprised to see that Professor Oak was one of his connections.

"Yeah I wanted to do something to help my career and when Sonny told me about it I thought it was a good idea" Charlie replied.

"It's an interesting ray of spicing up a journey but it can make it a bit more dangerous so be careful, now moving on I wanted to give you the new edition of my Pokedex to help you out on your journey" Oak said handing Sonny a small red device.

"Gee thanks Professor is there anything I can do to repay you?" Sonny asked.

"Your mother's number" Oak answered.

"Ok it's 0431 WAIT WHAT!" Charlie said realising what the Professor had said just as Mr Pokemon walked into the room holding a brown paper bag and an egg.

"Here you go mon a bag full of top grade product and an egg if Elm gets the muchines, you know what I'm saying mon" Mr Pokemon said handing Charlie the bag and the egg.

"Umm thanks I'll be getting back" Charlie replied leaving and walking back towards Cherrygrove only to run into a horde of Weedle.

"skreeonk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Charlie shouted causing the trees to rumble, Steve to cover his ears and the Weedle being sent flying from the sonic blast.

Cherrygrove City

"I never want to see a Weedle again" Charlie said walking out of the Cherrygrove Pokecentre with Steve.

"Cheer up mate once we get this bag back we can get our adventure started" Steve said trying to cheer up his trainer who was about to say something when he was knocked over by a red blur.

"OW! Watch where the hell you're going!" Charlie shouted before realising it was the redheaded "girl" from outside of Elm's lab.

"Oh sorry M'Lady I didn't know it was you, forgive me for saying such a terrible word infront of a lady like you" Charlie said grabbing the girl's hand and kissing it.

"Get away from freak, I am not a girl! And I'm gonna kick your ass!" The "girl" shouted sending out his Chikorita who tried to attack Charlie only for Steve to tackle him out of the way.

"Mate what the hell are you doing trying to attack my trainer" Steve said holding his former friend down.

"Silver's my trainer now and he wanted me to attack him, now get off me and come with me and Silver to be the best team we might even be able talk Silver into getting Cyndaquil" Chikortia said.

Steve had to admit the offer was appealing he had been waiting for a trainer for a long time and Charlie was the one who had chosen him they might have only known each other for about half an hour but Charlie was starting to grow on him and he wasn't going to betray him even if it meant living Chikortia and Cyndaquil.

"No" Steve said scratching Chikortia across the face before picking up his former friend and tossing her into a nearby tree, Chikortia struggled to get up looking over at Steve with a look of hurt before her look changed to one of hate
"……. Fine" Chikortia simply said her eyes burning with hatred towards her former friend and lunging at Steve for a tackle attack that Steve dodged by jumping aside and raking his claws across Chikortia's leg drawing blood.

Chikortia hissed in pain and tried to tackle Steve but he kept dodging every attack she attempted until he scratched her across the face causing him to wince in pain allowing him to kick her twice in her bleeding leg and his former friend fall to the ground and not being able to get up because of the pain.

"Stay down I don't want to hurt you anymore" Steve said walking away.

"Humph I guess your Pokemon won, I'm not wasting my time on you but just be warned that I will one day become the greatest Pokémon trainer of all time" The "girl" said returning Chikortia to its pokeball and beginning to walk away until "her" training card fall out of her pocket.

Charlie picked it up only for the girl to snatch out of his hands and to run away however Charlie did remember the name that the training card displayed "Silver".

New Bark Town

"You ok with that battle?" Charlie asked Steve who seemed to be a bit down following his battle against Chikortia.

"I feel bad about it but I'm glad I sided with you" Steve answered.

"I'm glad too" Charlie replied walking into New Bark to see Sonny calling him other and a group of Police Officers leading out a handcuffed Professor Elm.

"Hey Charlie the Professor's being arrested" Sonny said.

"Thank you captain obvious, what is he being arrested for?" Charlie asked.

"Well someone broke in and stole a starter Pokémon but when the police showed they found him smoking weed and they found a shit ton of it in the back so they're arresting him" Sonny answered, Charlie's eyes widened and he quickly put the brown bag and egg bin his backpack.

"So did they get a description because I fought a trainer who had a Chikortia and I saw him hanging outside of Elm's lab" Charlie said.

"Did you get their name?" Sonny asked.

"Silver" Charlie answered.

"Ok I'll report it to the police but you need to get out of here so take these Pokebals" Sonny replied handing Charlie five pokeballs.

"Thanks Sonny" Charlie said pocketing the balls.

"Your welcome, now you should get to Violet city and try to be there before night fall if you're lucky there you can battle the first johto gym" Sonny suggested.

"Thanks Sonny, Let's hope this plan works" Charlie said.

"You know Charlie even if you fail I just want to say it's been an honour being your agent and even through you can be a bit difficult I'm glad you hired me" Sonny said thinking of the good times he and Charlie had.

"To be honest Sonny the only reason why I hired you because the only candidate that was Jewish" Charlie replied.

"Well that's……WAIT WHAT!" Sonny replied.

"I better get going Sonny, I'll call you from Violet City" Charlie said before running off from his Agent.

Route 29

"Alright Steve time to catch our first teammate" Charlie said looking around for a Pokemon and spotted a Pidgey.

"Steve go and attack that Pidgey" Charlie commanded.

"So wait to get a new mate to fight for us we have to beat it up first" Steve asked in confusion.

"Well yeah how else are we gonna get on our side" Charlie answered.

"Maybe we could try talking to it" Steve replied and Charlie burst out laughter.

"HA! That's a good one Steve, seriously go kick the shit out of it" Charlie said between laughter.

Steve let out a war cry and charged at the startled Pidgey who flew up into the air blowing sand into Steve's eyes and tried to escape only for Steve to jump up and tackle the Pidgey down. The bird pokemon began pecking Steve's face and he recoiled back in pain the pidgey again tried to make a run for it after blowing more sand into Steve's eyes only for Charlie to take the chance to throw a pokeball at it hitting the small bird in the face and in a flash of red light the Pidgey disappeared into the ball.

Charlie and Steve examined the ball as it began to shake with the tension building……it shook once more and then clicked.

Route 30

"How the hell did I get caught by these idiots" Maria the Pidgey said outloud as she watched Charlie order Steve in battle against a wild Spinark.

"Hey what about me!" George the Rattata that Charlie had caught on Route 49 shouted in dismay.

"You're an idiot yourself, He caught you because he dropped the Pokeball and tricked you into pushing the button" Maria replied.

"I didn't know how Pokeballs work" George shot back.

"Yes but you should be smart enough to know that tapping something isn't going to propel it back into someone's hands" Maria said.

"And how did you get caught Ms Perfect" George asked.

"Hey I got sneak attacked by that Savage Totodile" Maria shouted back just as Totodile scratched Spinark across the neck which killed it.

"Damn it Steve why did you kill it" Charlie said.

"I didn't mean too mate, I just saw an opening and my instincts kicked in" Steve shrugged.

"Nevermind it's not all that bad, now come on we gotta get to Violet City before Dark" Charlie said walking forward with Steve at his side Maria and George beginning to follow as well.

"Wow Joey your Rattata's so cool!" A young boy said to his friend who was surrounded by a crowd of people watching his Rattata defeat a trainer's Pidgey with ease.

"What's your secret?" One of the onlookers asked and Joey simply smirked.

"It's no secret, It's just that I'm lucky enough to have a Rattata that's in the Top Percent of all Rattata" Joey answered.

"Who the hell does he think he is" George angrily said running infront of Charlie.

"What do ya mean mate?" Steve asked.

"Why does he think his Rattata is in the top percent and so good" George said glaring at the Rattata as it bit down on the Pidgey.

"Well for starters it does belong to a trainer's pokemon and pokemon that have a trainer are usually stronger than those in the wild" Steve replied.

"Now I don't get that, what makes trainer's Pokemon better then wild Pokemon, Why is his Rattata better than a Wild Rattata like me and the others on Route 49" George said as the Rattata and Joey celebrated their victory.

"Because trained Pokemon actually have a trainer to coordinate them in battle which is a lot more efficient then wild instincts" Steve answered.

"You know what I'm gonna give him a piece of my mind, Charlie challenge that guy to a battle I want a 1 on 1 Mono to mono fight against that so called Top Percentage Rattata" George said.

"Alright let's go" Charlie replied walking over to Joey with George.

"Hey Kid let's see if that Rattata of yours really is that good" Charlie challenged and many in the crowd gasped.

"Holy cow it's Charlie Gold" One person said.

"He gave my cousin's friend an STD" Another said.

"I thought he drowned trying to fuck a Magikarp at the Aquarium" Another said.

"HEY THAT IS JUST A RUMOUR SO KEEP YOUR DAMN MOUTH SHUT" Charlie shouted pissed that the rumour that he fucked fish pokemon hadn't died out.

"Alright let's see what you're got but I should warn you my Rattata is a Top Percentage Rattata" Joey warned.

"You're going down!" George said trying to sound Macho and Confident.

"Jimmy's gonna enjoy this" Joey's Rattata said causing George to pause.

"Wait don't tell me you're one of those people who speak in third person because I find them very annoying" George asked but instead of getting an answer Jimmy tackled him knocking him flying.
"OW, OH GOD NO, PLEASE STEVE MARIA CHARLIE HELP!" George shouted as Jimmy jumped onto him and began biting and tossing him around like a ragdoll.

"At a boy Georgie" Steve cheered.

"Well we're gonna be down a team mate after this" Maria sighed even though she didn't care if George lived or died.

"Come on George you can do it" Charlie said supporting George who was struggling to get up while Jimmy was taking the time to pose for his cheering fans.

"I can't do it" George said bleeding from his lip.

"Yes you can find a weak spot and go for it" Charlie said as Jimmy prepared for another tackle, George looked for a weak spot and didn't see any but he did take notice of Jimmy's leg and began to remember a technique he had seen one of his friends using.

George learnt Quick Attack

George leapt forward at a high speed and before Jimmy could react George rammed into his leg flipping the Top Percentage Rattata into the air which set him up for a rude crash landing.

"Jimmy's down!" Jimmy shouted as he held his leg in pain with his fans and Joey rushing over.

"What I can't believe this" Joey said as one of his friends examined Jimmy's leg.

"I think his leg's broken you should get him to the Pokecentre in Cherrygrove" Joey's friend said.

Joey took out and his Pokeball and returned Jimmy but just before he was returned Jimmy glanced over at George and death glared him.

"You better hope Jimmy doesn't find you, Jimmy holds grudges!" Jimmy shouted as Joey returned him to his Pokeball before running off to Cherryglove and the crowd of people soon followed.

"Hey good job George I'm proud of you" Charlie said congratulating George on his victory.

"How ya feeling mate?" Steve asked.

"I think I broke my back" George said.

"Alright I'll carry you the rest of the way because you deserve your rest" Charlie said picking up George.

"Nice battle" An unknown voice said, Charlie looked up to see a Geodude hovering outside a cave entrance.

"Thanks" George weakly said.

"Name's Buff Daddy the toughest Geodude in Dark Cave" Buff Daddy the Geodude.

"Like that's an accomplishment" Maria quietly said.

"So you're the toughest" Steve said.

"Yep but I've kicked everybody in the Dark Cave's ass so I'm bored, I want to explore the world
and kick more asses along the way, So I was wondering are you interested in having a Geodude on your team?" Buff Daddy asked.

"As a matter of fact yes I would" Charlie answered.

"I'm your guy then" Buff Daddy said, Charlie pulled a pokeball out of his pocket and threw it at the Geodude who was enveloped into it.
