You arrive in the region of Wind� with Mapie, the pok�mon professor, there you get your first pok�mon and when you find your rival, you discover that he will participate in a tournament, but mysterious things happen before. You embark in a train and go to the past or to the future (dependent of your game version) and discover this is all a plan from a villain organization to controll the legendaries pok�mon and the time!​
