3rd Gen How to generate wild pokemon with given moves

    Hi everyone, I'm currently coding a game based on Pokémon 3G but I'm slowed down by things I simply don't know so I really need to create pokemon with defined moves (by me), I think I remember on 4G D&P I was able to configure from A to Z the next wild Pokemon, then I got a code, inserted it in my AR, and poof the next wild pokemon was just like i wanted, does anyone know how to do it on pokemon emerald?
    By the way, I could buy a GBA console and game, that's not a problem for me
