Pokemon Oras emulator/rom question

So I was thinking about making a gym leader focused secret base and I want specific "friends" for this with specific pok?mon on their team.

Is it possible to get a secret base-friend from an emulator onto an actual physical game? (with the QR code)

Pok?mon Gaming Central isn't concerned with emulation questions, please take such things to the ROM Hacking forum - preferably this thread I'd imagine.
