[Graphics] i have a trainer battle graphics glitch

ok if you think that it had something with my last post your right
the reason i posted my last post was to find the arrow thing in the beginning of a trainer battle
the reason for that was that i neede info on this graphics glitch

pls help

(i think i know how to fix it but i cant figure it out ok so i just need to find the file that assembles the arrow in game (not the tileset) so i can make it blank)

im hacking emerald


edit:i just want to remove the arrow
