Is there anyway to make to the game check if you have a specific tm

Hi i am trying to make a pokemon fan game with essentials for the moment. I have learned the most by myself and youtube videos but i can't seem to find anyway to make a conditional branch where its checks if you have a specific tm (exemple tm22) i tried change the item from some code to the tm but it doesn't seem to work

Would love if somebody could help me with this :D
