Found old Pokemon Cards - are they valuable?

    Hey there,

    Came across a binder of old Pokémon cards from 1999. Was wondering if they are valuable. A lot of them are in Japanese too so it's hard to tell. Does anyone have any advice? I attached a few pictures. If anyone could take a look and let me know that would be great!
