How to play member's pokemon games?

i have tried diffrent games for mmber's made pokemon game and it always says there is no program to play them on.can someone give me a program that will help me play them.

You don't need a program. just launch the .exe file.

When you download them from the download page/ forum.
Most likely it will come in a .zip or .rar file.
Extract it to the desired folder then look for a .exe file. Double click it and the game shall run.
If the game doesn't run you should speak to the Game Owner.
