Hi! My Name is Pokehero22, most of you don't know me -_-', but those at Calis Projects know me as RPGMAKER2003ISHARD. XD, anyways, here it is!

Pokemon Quantum Version: Made with RPG Maker 2003 Presented by: Sakuchi games

Story:
You live in the wondrous region of Flora, a natural paradise. But, man has come and well, destroyed the paradise lol. Anyways, you are a 10 year old boy getting your Pokemon from Proffesor Oak. There is an evil team named Tekcor, and they are trying to summon Celebi at the Forest shine in a deep forest using an item called a forest flute. But you, the hero, must stop them before they capture Celebi and torture it and use it's time traveling powers to alter history in their favor.

The game looks fine but like Atomic_Reactor said you're mapping could use some work (but those are just indoor maps, i'm sure the outdoor ones are better).

I like the idea, but will you get some sort of reward and will you get some sort of penalty after doing something bad?

It doesn't actually affect gameplay...

pretty cool man, the mapping could use a little work (not like mine cant, although im fixing them up) but overall not bad. it wasnt you so how would you get punished for it? XD

i would fix up the outdoor path.
there shouldnt be so much of it.

like i said before, the mapping needs work. the grass mainly, needs to look more natural.
have random spots where there is no grass, and well... idk what else to say.

Nice game, but like Atomic said, your mapping needs some work.
There to many blank spot's, try filling them with grass, trees etc.
The fun part though, is that part with the sign's.
You can decide to clean or leave it as it is, pretty good idea, it would be more fun if you had a reputation in the game, that way you could clean it for a reason.
