    Hey, I was wondering what the best held item for my Gengar would be for it's moveset (Let's Go Eevee.)
    Giga Drain
    Shadow Ball
    Psychic
    Thunderbolt

    - Shadow Ball
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Mega Drain

    Because of how restrictive the movepools are, this seems to be your best bet. As for items, you can still use Mega Stones.
