    Could someone make me a custom tileset for a ruined city/destroyed region or suggest some alternative, because i want my pokemon game to take place right after a horrible war that destroyed the region.

    First of all, this is the wrong section. You should ask in the requests thread. Secondly, I don't think anyone will do that for you. It's hard to get someone to make tiles for you to begin with. But if you don't have any work or progress I don't think you'll get any help at all. Also Rayquaza, just stick to reporting in future, thanks!
