[Graphics] Anyone know why fences reflect npcs if they are above calm water tiles? Fire Red

    Can't post the picture because I can not post links yet. Also, as a side note, i went into a fresh copy of fire red and added fences above the calm lake in Viridian city and it still happened. So I am confident it is not because of any dirty edits i made.
