Since my platinum revamped thread had a positive community response even though the game was incomplete and had some bugs, I won't pollute it any further and decided to start fresh since this game is actually Complete and from my testing has no bugs.
Introduction
This is a hard hack that uses Pokemon Platinum Plus made by blue as a base Rom (I did get his permission). I will post his documents below for Pokemon changes/evolutions and locations and I take no credit for the work he has done.
One of the great things that really differentiates my hacks from other Platinum hacks is the fact that since trainers have more pokemon and a consistent level curve, it means you don't have to level grind at all.
ALL the trainers and gym leaders have pokemon that are faithful to their movesets based on their level, meaning you wouldn't find a rattata lv 5 with aeroblast, sacred fire, EQ, draco-meteor.
Also some Pokemon (at the 40+ levels) have TM, HM and event moves so don't complain when you see an entei with flare blitz because he did learn it via a Gen 4 event when Pokemon Platinum was the new game. You can also check Pokemon DB before complaining.

Aside from the above modifications I only made 3 EXTRA changes that are not in Blue's documents

Blue's Documents (IGNORE THE Gym Leader & Elite Four Rosters file and the ITEM CHANGES file since these item changes crashes the game. Just use the A/R code to get the items you need. - Every Trainer has AT LEAST 2 Pokemon(some may have 1 but are rare like .1%)
- Every Trainer has AT LEAST 1 Full Restore
- Every Trainer has CHAMPION LEVEL AI value of 7
- Every Trainer's Pokemon has maxed out EV's
- GYM Leaders have 6 Pokemon(follows a level curve), 4 Full Restores and their Pokemon have held items
- Team Galactic grunts and bosses have more space like Pokemon
- Elite four and Champion have Pokemon with competitive movesets
- Just like Blue's hack all 493 pokes can be caught(refer to his documentation on the locations)
Aside from the above modifications I only made 3 EXTRA changes that are not in Blue's documents
- Beldum can now be caught in wayward cave(change I made in terms of pokemon location)
- All starters can be caught from Lake verity(half of them), to route 202(the other half), another location change I made
- Reggigas slow start was removed.

Patch V2
- Shiny rate increased to 1/257 which is the highest possible hex value
- Some trainers were causing freezing which if you followed this thread you would know, all of them have been fixed!
